I thought whenever there is some sort of costume reveal/birthday/anniversary stream hololive members gives them that timeslot and not stream at the same time. Yesterday pekora end her shit English-learning stream to give way to kanata birthday stream and didn't start her MHR stream since kanata's stream hasn't ended yet.

It's a sponsored stream, so the scheduling might have been made prior to the knowledge of Coco's new outfit reveal and be set in stone. That's just me speculating though.
