Real name is Helen Pitcher on the linked Kickstarter, whitepages has a Helen M Pitcher listed in Westcliffe.
Her Instagram is Pinkilicious7 and it has some shots of Colorado landscapes, and her baking and knitting projects (which actually look good), but no signs of troonery or gross wierd crap. Also the jawline, hands and face look absolutely female to me, I haven't found any full body pictures. Her reddit username is PinkPitcher.
This person might have interacted with Kevin a few times and then he developed one of his so-called "parasocial relationships" with her. Her comics are cutesy and pretty tame, not about furry inflation porn, so I don't really think she'll fit in with Kevvie's friends. She also draws a lot of comics and it seems like she puts a ton of effort into them. She's also been able to successfully grow vegetables, making her a way better farmer than the troon crew.
The True Scum cut their meat and two veg off cause they have sad brains, while the dastardly troons do it after watching a children's cartoon show about pink horses. As you can see, there's clearly difference. One group of angry sad eunuchs is right, and the other is wrong.
