Truscum (what a stupid name lol) who are good and pure-hearted and get loads of surgery are still male or female, and they're still the sex they were conceived as, no matter how good they are at hiding it.
People with disorders of sexual development are still male or female. Men with Klinefelter's syndrome are men. Women with Turner syndrome are women. Human bodies are set up to produce sperm or eggs, there's no third gamete, there are no intermediate gametes.
Makeup, clothing, the way you walk, none of this changes your sex.
I'm glad that there are true and honest tranz folx out there who are sad that their community is associated with circus acts like Kevin, but it doesn't mean that their beliefs about themselves are real. I'm sure there are Scientologists out there who are very nice, and very sad that some Scientologists are mean and crazy, but none of that means Thetans are real.
None of it changes your sex, but the issue with intersex people is figuring out
what actually is their sex--it's not an issue of 'intermediate gametes,' it's a question we are going to use to decide what we're counting them as.
And if you're going to insist it's genetic sex alone we should go by, you've probably wanked to some transwomen by your definition...and they have perfectly natural born-with-this vaginas and external genitals. It's not unknown for people to go through life without anybody suspecting, until somebody seriously asks questions about missing basic functionality...or other tells, like shit that's missing/not supposed to be in there on the imaging. (And then there's one known mutation that means that some little girls grow up to be men...and the one report I did find that actually tracked how they adjusted to being men was that, aside from the troon...pretty well, actually.)
All it takes is
one gene in the chain needed to guide development being fucked to throw everything off, and we often
don't test until they turn up wondering why the junk don't work or a doctor goes "...this looks weird."
Now take into account some doctors really don't see that there is anything off with the SRS botch jobs...and you should begin to see the problem.

It's not really worked on lesbians, from what I can tell. Gay dudes are just going to be more...ah...outwardly-directing their violence because we have been socializing girls to not punch deserving people in the face for a lot longer than we've been doing it to boys.
I'm just glad I was raised to not give a fuck about my gender
or the gender of the person who has earned being punched in the face when somebody needs punched in the face, because my parents were sensible.
