Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

I personally find Sander pretty sad. I think he's actually quite attractive. Obviously works out and is in good shape too. It's his skeezy uber-positive and desperate attitude that turns people off, especially with his association to Jazz and Jeanette. I think he'd be okay without Jeanette around. But who even knows.

To me, Sander really looks like he's over-selling it. In sales, the most important thing isn't knowing what to say and when to say it- it's knowing when to shut up.

Sander probably is desperate to be loved because he never got that from Jeanette. He was never the golden child, and his identity (as is too often the case) is wrapped up in being one half of "the twins".

Sander is cute, but as long as he insists on living with his family as an adult with "multiple jobs" (even if his family weren't completely insane), he's not going to get a serious girlfriend. Most normal adults prioritize financial independence in a partner. It'd be one thing if it weren't feasible for him to move out in one way or another, but he's just straight up refusing to do it because he "loves his family too much". Manchild behavior. Adults can love their parents and not glom onto them for the rest of their lives.

If Sanders wants Jeanettes attention, he needs to come out as nonbinary or some shit
He values his looks too much. Only people who were ugly in the first place become enbies and even objectively attractive men become Lovecraftian horrors when they troon out. For all he harps on about trans rights, he doesn't seem autistic enough to genuinely believe he could pull it off.

We know Jeanette is absurdly overinvolved in at least one of her children’s lives; I’m sure given the opportunity that would extend to the rest of them, just demonstrated differently.

Any woman who chooses to get involved with Sander in a semi-serious way is going to have to endure Jeanette. Jazz has proved a dud in the dating department; Griffin and Ari seem to keep their private lives private. So the duty falls upon thirst trap Sander to provide mom with a bunch of young women for her to scrutinize and criticize. She’ll probably relish it, which might be why the family is promoting Sander and his dating life to such a ridiculous degree. The Bloshinskys need fresh meat.

That or they’re trying to land another reality gig.

Sander will be forever Friend Zoned.
No woman wants to hear about your little brother's penis amputation on the second date, and you know he would bring it up.

Jazz's face looks unmistakably male. Enough to give me a tiny burst of sadness at imagining what could have been if he was allowed to be a kid instead of a genderblob.
Also Jazz is still a NEET? No job, school, prospects, hope? It can be rough for a person to see their siblings get jobs and have their own lives when they don't have that. I'm predicting more depression and McDonald's.

Jazz was accepted to Harvard in spring of 2019 as a member of class of 2023; he should’ve started classes in September 2019. Then in February 2020 (pre-pandemic) it came out that he deferred for a year, which would push his start date to September 2020 and put him in the class of 2024. That apparently didn’t happen either.

Harvard had something like 20% of its 2020 freshman class defer due to covid, but that deadline to defer ended in July 2020. It’s now nearly a year since the deferral deadline and two years since Jazz should’ve started Harvard and still no indications he’s attending. If he doesn’t start this fall, he’ll probably never attend.

How did he get into Harvard? Is he a legacy or something?

2020 could have been a good year for him to start because many classes are online. He could be busy at home and under the vigilance of his mom. If it didn't happen, it won't happen ever.
