I don't know why I never noticed this thread before. Do you know how fucking absurd it is to see a well-known Lolcow also have the same condition you have? Moebius Syndrome. Do you know how rare of a condition that is? It's pretty damn rare, most people don't even know it exists.
Well I have this condition too and seeing him.. Oh man. It's ironic since I'm a woman and this dude is apparently like, obsessed over the fact he can't get women. I can understand his frustration- people are cruel, people will look at you and automatically assume you are a r*tard when you have this condition despite it not affecting you mentally. But... Like all dudes who obsess over "women not liking them", the problem lies within him. Though, I can't imagine how hard it must be when you are a man with Moebius Syndrome considering all the ways it affects could affect you.
Out of all the people here, I bet I'm the most qualified one to ty and "help" him. But I'm not gonna try. One, it's against the rules. Two, idk man. Nothing I can do honestly.

You are too nice, and that's not a good thing. Empathy is great, it stops people going round murdering each other for the lolz, but your empathy is wasted on someone who has none themselves.
You can't help him, he doesn't want help from anyone. Why would he need help when he can't improve on the perfection he is?
He would resent you. You're happy with yourself and are not defined by whether you have a particular nerve or not. He'd assume you wanted to either fuck him or that you're jealous of him. Moebius, as has been said throughout this thread, is not his problem. Moebius is his excuse.
Neither did having Moebius make him this way. He is like he is because he's developmentally fucked up. It's a completely separate issue. He's so fucked in his head that he cannot love nor allow himself to be loved. A missing facial nerve hasn't made you the empathic, caring person you are, your upbringing did that. His upbringing somehow created Russell who sees other people as no more than meat and NPCs in the world that is his life.
Any second thought for Russ is totally wasted. He can not and will not be helped. He would not appreciate your time or consideration. He's not alone in the world because everyone he ever knew is bad, it's because even the people who love him have to withdraw for their own sake.
I don't know why you think moebius would be worse for a man, I can't imagine it being a good experience for anyone regardless of sex. He does not have it worse than you, he just reacts worse because his brain is so, so utterly fucked.
