So is this "his hands were on the steering wheel" thing going to be another "hands up don't shoot" thing?
(Also, as a side note, wasn't "hands up don't shoot" proven to be false?)
20 bucks he was sitting in his car. But he was driving it at or near the police officers.

Driving away from cops is a real puzzler.

So you’re already getting pulled over, why turn a fine into an arrest? If you’re already getting arrested for some bullshit, why turn a month in jail into a decade in prison? If you’re getting pulled over and arrested and you’re a felon with a couple warrants and an illegal handgun down your pants, okay, that’s definitely gonna be a bad time, but at least you’re still alive, right?

And yet some people decide at every turn to make things worse for themselves, up to and including attacking the cop and then dying over it. I don’t know what’s going on. Panic? Drugs? Congenital stupidity? The adrenaline dump making you retarded? An erroneous belief that you can dominate the situation and make it all go away?

2020-2021 is turning me into a hardline pro-gun law and order asshole.
Well, this individual is a forward thinker. Eliminate the possibility of a chase.

Either:

A. They have outstanding warrants and know they'll go to prison if they don't flee

B. They're under the influence and know they'll get arrested for it and/or their judgement is impaired

C. They're stupid and think that getting away from the cops right now means they're off the hook and no cop will ever find them again like in GTA
You run from the police IRL, your ass is getting caught. You may as well just stay and take your consequence like a man.

I think their thought process is "I'm going to prison anyways! Fuck it, I'll flee! I might get lucky!"

How a radical BLM protester thinks:

"Hey, I'm a protester protesting for a good cause." *As they burn shit.*

"Because if the cops arrest me for this, they are racist and violent! They are stopping me from protesting for a good cause." *Beats the living shit out of a black cop.*

"We are peaceful, but very violent when something bad happens to a black individual especially if a cop did it!" *Leaves the black cop dying on the road.*

"We are helping the black community!" *Throws molotov cocktail at a small, black owned shop.*

I'm talking about black people fleeing arrest for minor things.

Rioters definitely think the way you describe, though. They see themselves at war with the police and government.

Looters probably think they're fighting back against the system and that they deserve the free shoes and TV because whitey.

Of course, not all BLM protesters act this way! But for the ones that do, I am merely typing about a radical BLM protesters view on what their doing for the BLM cause.

Unironically, I wouldn't hate BLM if they actively patrolled their violent members and were more outwardly anti violence, but they aren't because violence makes politicians more willing to sign shit, so BLM turns a blind eye.

I agree with you there, but what's unfortunate is that I know a lot of good people who support BLM, trying to make a change for the better. And yet the leaders of BLM and the radical BLM protestors are flipping the bird directly at them by making stupid statements, and not actually focusing on the bigger picture. Paired with large violent protests, completely disavowing the many small peaceful BLM protests, makes Republicans (a large majority of the U.S. population) dislike BLM.

If you fight cops on the street, your jujitsu will not win. If you fight cops in court, there's at least a reasonable chance your jew-jitsu will win.
I mean, if you somehow manage to outfight 2+ officers without getting shot for your trouble, I hope you can handle the extra dozen rowdy boys that get dispatched to your location with the quickness too because you're clearly superhuman and I'd kind of like to see that go down.

George Floyd couldn't be stuffed into a car by 4 officers, and that one guy from 2020 managed to break free from two cops while stealing one's taser.

Granted, the latter got shot for his fuckery, but hey, it happens.

In both cases it's kind of proving the whole "don't fight at that juncture, you lose" thing. Though with Floyd's health being what it was I'd call it borderline superhuman that he lived long enough to die on that particular day.
