Someone confronted Steph for mocking the elderly and disabled:
She proceeded to make several tweets complaining about it and trying to argue that she wasn't actually mocking anyone, she just remembers them all very well (but she isn't even reminiscing!), even though the issue is that she jokes about her former patients' mannerisms and requests for help with her dad:
I think it's telling that she didn't respond to either of the above replies.
And she finishes off with a classic Steph-brand guilt trip (and what I can only assume are hand sanitizer flashbacks):
She also had some kind of conflict with her parents, apparently because she didn't show any concern for her mom following an appointment:
I want to know how she can claim to care about her sick mother when she has to be reminded to ask her how she's doing. But I guess she was too busy sticking flagpoles into her ass and mocking the developmentally disabled to think about anyone other than herself.
I feel like she's due for another meltdown soon, but who's to say.

You can tell the Rat Queen callout really got to her. She KNOWS she done screwed up her woke façade. Normally if someone calls her out, she responds with righteous anger and personal attacks in order to completely discredit everything they're trying to say.

Then she catastrophizes her own feelings to try to convince us that our criticism is hurting her disproportionately to her 'crime'. When she knows she can't win an argument, she makes herself as pathetic as possible to try to play on people's empathy and convince them they're 'punching down'.

(To be fair to both her dad and her, most of the people working with disabled folks are ableist as all hell. But they also have a big 'holier than thou' complex. Just like Staph.)
Slight PL, but people like this is why I know a 9 year old who got laughed at enough to realize they were making fun of him and now he will tell people to stop laughing at him. Like, there's a difference between disabled people making jokes, which they most certainly can, and laughing cause hahaha reeee.
