You can learn gender more accurately via blood test. All them natural pregnancy and birth books did nothing for her :shit-eating:
Oh, but they did, have you seen Luna? Had she not bought in whole sale to the natural birth at all costs BS her child might have a brain and normal sized head right now. The natural home birth movement should make her and Luna spokespeople as far as I’m concerned.

“My daughter will die before 3, has little brain matter and looks to be in terrible suffering 24/7 but the important thing is I got a home birth experience! Luna agrees she’d rather have a head the size of a Macy’s parade balloon and no functioning brain that be born in one of those awful hospitals.“

Home birthers will always point to things that go wrong during hospital births, but in Luna’s case it was a very easy fix. Getting stuck in the birth canal or a cord wrapped around a neck are really humdrum for hospital births and can be easily dealt with, even if a c-section might be required. The monitoring equipment they use lets them know immediately when a baby is in distress and how fast to act to limit that and avoid a brain injury. Unlike Robyn who had no idea her daughter was starved for oxygen in the birth canal for hours.

Agree, also of course things can go wrong at a hospital its birth, birth is risky! Imagine if the risky shit that happened at the hospital happened at home. I personally think it should be illegal and count as medical neglect to a child.

I prefer to think of it as "trapped in an idiot's vagina for 3 days."

Question if this is a real speech therapist sometimes, she is such an aspiration risk with her inability to coordinate her tongue/lips. Yet they are constantly shoving food in her. She also has WAY too many appointments in a fully booked due to covid sysem.

I’ve never understood the whole woo-natural water birth thing. We aren’t fish. Nothing natural about giving birth in water for humans. There is nothing natural whatsoever about inflating a big polyester tub, with forced bubbles and a water heater, in the middle of your living room.

You’d think “natural birth” crazies would go out into the woods and give birth by moonlight or some shit, not use a plastic, electric hot tub indoors. Even a rustic cabin with some boiling water, hay, string, knife and clean sheets would be close to “ye old all natural births” of yesteryear.

(I do understand hot tubs can help during labor to help reduce pain, but the actual giving birth in them is the weird part. Hell of a warm plastic Petri dish to welcome a newborn into the world.)
I read some shit in 2009 before I had my third kid about water births being less traumatic for the baby because they are emerging from a warm watery space into a warm watery space so it is less of a shock. And of course it is completely safe for baby because they don't actually try to breathe until they've hit the air so there is no chance for them to inhale the water and drown. 🙄 I had all three kids in a hospital with actual obstetricians and as much pharmaceutical and epidural pain relief as my private health insurance would allow. I overheard something in the doctor's office about home water birth and looked it up. The words "FUCK THAT!" couldn't come out of my mouth fast enough.

Of course the water birth nuts will point to island people giving birth in the shallow of the ocean, but giving birth in oceanic salt water is very different from artificial hot tub births.

Some crazy mofos want to get the dolphins involved! Because giving birth isn't already dangerous enough...

Bizarre.

I’m pretty sure water birth is less traumatic for organisms with gills. Why people who are so big on “natural” think giving birth in a warm hot tub is “natural” is beyond me. Hot tubs are natural environments for swingers’ parties and Snoop Dogg, not mothers giving birth.

Ye old birthing chair was the natural way for thousands of years in many countries, but they don’t seem to be dusting those off in any great number. I see them most often by people who think they are just little funny rustic antique chairs they can put in their hallway.

(I’ve seen wood birthing chairs in three separate houses over the years where the owners had no idea that was their function. Ye old wood birthing chair was your 100% natural birth technology before hospitals. )

Luna's face looks like one of those squashed-nosed cats :( It's nearly flat, save for the butt bumps on her forehead. This poor baby. If karma/hell is real, I hope that Robyn gets hers back tenfold.

Does her right (left to us) eye look droopier than normal, or is the the angle? Can babies have strokes? :c

It's amazing how you can make it look like someones standing when you only show it via photo instead of video:

Imagine being the physical therapist and having the stupid mom prop her other kid in your way for stupid fucking photo ops. Also the standing photo, they obviously put the toys in her hands and she naturally grips it. Shes not interacting with the toy, shes not playing with it, shes being propped. Is it even good to have her hold her own head up with the massive head weight on her neck?
