When, where, and how did he confirm that?

Little while ago on his livestream.
Granted, he didn't mentioned how he came by this information.

It's kind of obvious, though. I doubt Jodi Bensen or Geralt of Rivia give a shit whether Vic goes or not. The two dozen or so MHA VAs, all Funimation contractors? It could be all of them for all I know.

Which video and at what time did he mention it?

About 20 minutes in

EDIT: Once again confirms that it was some percentage of the 15 MHA VAs who were involved, but he doesn't have the exact numbers or identities of who.

Looking at the cast from Sparda's post, There's these bunch. I'm not investigating their twitter to see how woke or pro-Metoo they are. Just impressions.

Justin Briner (If I remember, he was at Monica's comic book store signing

Clifford Chappin (I get the impression that he's woke)

Luci Christian (No idea)

Leah Clark (Compared Vic to Harvey Weinstein)

Colleen Clinkenbeard (No idea; Monica did complain about Vic to her)

Amber Lee Connors (No idea; was formerly a flatmate with Sarah Wiedenheft, who breached KamehaCon 2019 when Vic was reinvited)

Justin Cook (According to Vic's declaration. he thought the stories about Vic were crap)

Josh Grelle (Breached KamehaCon 2019 and was with Monica at her sad comic book store signing)

Jamie Marchi (Take a guess)

David Matranga (No Idea)

Kristen McGuire (No idea, though from what @Not A Bug said, she used to date Shane and the break up was not a nice one)

Brandon McInnis (No idea, though he's gay-engaged to J Michael Tatum and probably would go with whatever he does)

Emily Neves (No idea, but I get the impression she's woke)

Kyle Phillips (No idea)

Monica Rial (I wonder)

Aaron Roberts (No idea)

Jad Saxton (No idea)

Derick Snow (No idea)

J Michael Tatum (He made vague statements about a problem person in the industry, which might have been a reference to Vic)

Austin Tindle (No idea)

Alexis Tipton (No idea)

There is a possibility that Jodi Benson and Doug Cockle are amongst those who refuse to attend if Vic is there. I say that because Grey DeLisle, a voice actress who has little to no ties with anime, has shown opposition to Vic.

"The ENTIRE INDUSTRY welcomed Niosi back."

He is the developer of the video game at the top. FF7 was probably pre-cancellation. Maybe Brad likes how he's handled things, but the people who keep saying he is a rapist don't. He keeps denying that, so I don't think he'll ever be able to change their minds.

This is his November 2020 statement. He released a similar one in January 2020 that he deleted as some people didn't like it. He had denied that he was a sexual or physical abuser.

By the way, Chris didn't disappear for a year. He was at a convention a month after he released his 1st apology in July 2019.

According to these people on Twitter, he is apparently a pedophile now too.

There are so desperate for Vic to actually admit to things he didn't do that they repeat this bullshit nonstop. Like if vic comes out and says "yes I touched little girls and was a pedophile, yes I sexually assaulted all these women,I was wrong aND I'm sooooo sorry I have changed"he would be welcomed back with open arms & be back voicing characters,do they ever stop and think about the fucking stupidity of what they are saying? "Just tell us your a pedophile guilty of felonies & assaulting women and it's cool your back in the club & we are friends"

All you have to do is point to Scott Freeman (convicted purveyor of cheese pizza) or Illich Guardiola (arrested for fucking a 16-year-old, charges dropped when the mom allowed them to be married) and ask how many anime roles they've gotten recently. I mean, they haven't sued or fought back or denied or whatever. Surely they should have dozens of roles by now, right?

Oh wait, they don't, because no one likes pedos.

is everyone is fucking pedo at this point? Can he just get the Super Judges of Merica to basically put Sony out of business?

Grey DeLisle is a SJW, I wouldn't doubt that.
SJW? The bitch has cheese pizza. XD SJW wouldn't cut it for her. She is mentally insane and possibly a serial killer

The guy even confirmed it and even said that Emmett found his number out of nowhere

!! Vic was never going to be there with them !!

Vic was scheduled to appear at the Anime: Roseville Swap Meet on June 6th.
The My Hero Academia convention takes place on September 5th-7th

Sac Anime inviting Vic to their swap meet is apparently enough for some of these voice actors to threaten to drop out of their own event that takes places 3 months later. The obvious suspects are Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi. They probably decided that they won't do business with any organization that invites Vic as a guest. I believe Monica said that she would never attend a Kameha Con.

Jamie and monica wouldn't have any pull with anybody unless they're on a card with a big cast like this.

We'll see how big their lines are this time.

Thats what confuses me, I thought all these places only announced guests once the contract is in place
The contract is usually just a formality, and the backend of cons is usually a mess. Put those together and you can see all sorts of things. Some conventions don't announce until they have an actual signed document in hand, but many would fire off once everything is verbally agreed to. That said, I would assume most do a lot of correspondence via email, and I'd assume with an announcement made you should be able to show a clear path of "we had a verbal contract", but with the current justice system (not just in relation to this specific case) who the hell knows.

I'm aware of Grey DeLisle. But I will need evidence before assuming Jodie Bensen and Doug Cockle refused to attend if Vic was there.

Also this con seems to like Vic, so get the feeling they had to tell him what was going on.
