I do have to say, the pivot from Biden's next bill being an infrastructure bill to a jobs bill will make it more palatable to a broader swathe of the public. When a Democrat politician starts screaming that childcare is infrastructure, it turns people off as common sense kicks in. But if you say that you are investing childcare workers, that makes complete sense.
