Nah, it was just a normal summer at the time where 55-60°C was normal, at least where I'm from (Which I ain't telling ofc). The most I think the hottest day I got at the time was 63°C, which didn't matter cause being in 60°C so much made me & my classmates shrug it off by wearing nothing under my shirt & opening a button of the shirt when we felt too heated. But then again, I was the only one with the custom cotton shirt.
OFC, it wasn't all jolly cause some time later in the winter mornings, there was a bit of heat too, with the sun & all. A classmate of mine got a heatstroke during the morning assembly which we had to do on our playground (cheap school, didn't have a big enough hall), in the winter morning.
He didn’t know who Rekieta was
He hired Beard on a referral
Other lawyers had accepted the case, but weren’t moving as fast as was needed.
The other lawyers only come in after the case had started.
He didn’t tank his depo and everyone saw the truth.
He hasn’t said shit about the Farms.
It's one thing to call someone to express interest in project or a shared passion. It's another thing entirely to contact someone you have no interest in so you can lie to and harrass them into breaking off contract with some guy you have a vendetta against.
The fact that Elliott Plum claims to not see the difference shows that he's either delusional as fuck or a pathological liar.
Then either the news reports here are lying, which ain't new where I live, news channels loves to lie & exaggerate here. Or your sources has some issues. I'm going for the former tbh, I know my country & it's fuckeries.
That said, it still has to be around 54-55°C, because by that same app now, I've shrugged off till 48°C like it's nothing since a long while.
I live in the great southern land and the hottest it will get here is early 40’s during high summer, and school isn’t in session then.
Ok lets clear something, I ain't revealing where I'm from, But let's say world doesn't end at US. I can just be a weeb, who believes in innocence of a man & dignity of "innocent until proven guilty" who's not American.
Also, as I said before, I went to a cheap school. Your average American student would wish for a school shooting in the first hour of attending that, & I attended till the 9th grade.
Where I went, we had:
Our chairs alone are a great example of why you don't wanna be there, here's a grade chart of how it worked when I was there:
Rock chairs (KG-2nd Grade)
4 seater wooden chairs (3-4th grade)
Cast iron chairs (Since then tbh, they got them made in discount due to some family connection, IIRC).
I literally had my right leg fractured from the wooden one (Imagine a heavy 3-4 feet long wooden log, falling on your kiddo leg) that due to some classmates playing a prank & I became homies with them in 7th when my teacher forced me to sit with them cause they were the studious type, unlike me.
A principal blatant affair with teacher. I don't know about America, but you don't buy a luxury sedan & Galaxy Note (I think it was the Galaxy Note 2, because my father has a classic GN1) in teacher salary. At least not here. TBH, she was kinda hot.
Also fun fact, the wife of founder of our school was shot dead & there's a conspiracy (which even my parents & some of the teachers also kinda believed is that it was a planned assassination by her husband.
Hell, at times, even kids with mini folding knives on keychains. And these kids were starting from 5th graders who drove bikes & scooters (one of the seniors of mine (I was in 6th, he was in 8th grade) nearly died due to a accident from rash driving on road).
And that's just the surface of my 1st school, my 2nd school was a shit show, a boring one at that too. But nothing compared to first.
By this isn't as badass or fucked up as it sounds, but then again, I was there since I was 7, I'm just used to it I guess.
might want to check your numbers, especially as your weather app is showing mm/dd which is only used by US, Phillipines, Palau, Canada and Micronesia.

Okay, like wait. 60 C is 140 F (9/5*C+32.. old high school chem math). I think the hottest temperature recorded was in someplace over in Libya back in the 1920's at around 136 F (53 C = 5/9*F-32). Don't ask me how I know this... I don't know.
FWIW, scalding temperature of water is 140 F though we're not talking liquid here.
Added in Edit: I can't figure out how to add a quoted message in edit mode. But reading @PorkeyDuck 's epic compilation of idiotic vomiting from Plant, it occurred to me he's a master of employing the ignoratio elenchi fallacy and when that doesn't work his trump card is ad hominem retorts.
It's been written many a time here before, but the self awareness is -9000! He's like a gnat that won't go away no matter how hard you swat. Annoying little huge turd, isn't he?
Added in Edit Edit: Porkey's gonna need some serious therapy from all of the mind sucking stupidity he compiles.
When you tell the same story especially between say a group of people it tends to get distorted especially when it comes to the facts, because those people add on what they think are the facts. That's why third or fourth accounts are not as reliable due to mental bias. It's quite fascinating.
He's not invited, plus Vic would be smarter than to compromise his case that way, plus Ron is a sniveling little snot, plus Vic might have to cave in his face with a single punch (have you seen those guns, no homo), plus one nasally little word out of Ron would tempt others to cave his face in with one punch.
Oh, did I mention he's a sniveling little snot and isn't invited?

It also doesn’t help when you call the number of people that run Anime Cons to strategically sabotage your meet and greet by making up lies to then ruin that person’s life, and the fans that wanted to see said person in the first place.
The Cons could then get greatly affected, as we’ve seen with SACAnime.

It isn't just the Twitter mob in KickVic & LawTwitter. There's also the backstage politics.
Whether it's the con volunteers that become the next Jennifer Lynn Hunt or it's the "We Run Anime Cons" group, there is going to be a faction that will try to undermine the con from within (see Faisal Ahmed) or strongarm them into compliance. Then there are the voice actors & KickVic affiliated vendors who will threaten to pull out of conventions and will do so (see KamehaCon).
It's ridiculous the lengths these people will go to persecute one man.
Finally someone wises up to the fact that the ruling didn't test the facts of the case (other than Ron, somehow, being a contractor for Funimation), and the ruling amounted to "lol no lawsuit for you!"
I disagree that Twitter wouldn't have S230 protections. That's exactly what S230 should be protecting against, which is lies made by third parties.
