Louis "Lou" Gagliardi / Ash Franzetti / Alex 'Ace' Maddox / Tegan Ainsley / Taryn Amita / Diana / gothickitteh / gothickitty / Lynn Brooks / @acekatt - #T R A M S _ C R O W _ F U N D *buys 12 iPads* "Anyone got $600 they can spare?" *spits on cancer patient*
Probably, no way of knowing for 100% sure unless we could see instance blacklists but knowing how tight knit mastodon instances can be it would not surprise me in the slightest.
Counting his begs here onto his yearly totals, even if it was for his monthly "appease me, judenrat!" from Twitter.
I'm legitimately waiting for the new iMac to hit the market, to see what kind of "emergency" he needs over a thousand dollars for which just so coencides with his "friend" giving him a brand new computer.
Maybe his dead mother will finally die? Maybe his nephew who he loves so much needs a new computer for schoolwork? Maybe he needs $1,600 worth of groceries to not starve?
Lou obnoxiously corrected someone but he was still not wrong for once and the other person conceited and complimented his new username. Am I still asleep?
Hey, he linked to one of the webpages I did earlier, on the same subject.
Unfortunately, he didn't actually read any of them. Lou is conflating two different legal uses of the term "disability:" diabetes is a "it's discrimination to fire you because of" disability, but not a "free government money forever" disability.
Ironically, Lou is arguing to everyone that diabetes should not prevent him getting a job.
Maybe using the #diabetes hashtag will bring him new friends who can explain that to him.
Oh no, I loved troothqueen. And quite frankly even with it spelled correctly, it's cringy as fuck. So, perfect for Lou!
Not sure how I feel about the new messages. They sound a bit different from the previous ones. But then again it still sounds very strange to send messages telling him the things he already reads from us to begin with, let alone not informing him that he is fat and they would not have sex with him.
I mean, it seems to me that a troll would use messages to better purpose than such low effert taunting.
Another point I keep forgetting to mention, it makes no sense to expect sympathy for this 'harassment' when he could easily take steps to avoid it. It's like burning my hands over and over whenever I cook because I refuse to use an oven mitt. So besides nobody believing it, or having much sympathy for the agony of spam, everybody knows he doesn't even have to deal with it. All he has to do is not read the mail.
Louie is a retarded child in a 500lb man's body, so he's thinking "If I keep repeating that something is the truth, then people will accept it as the truth." The problem is that normal adults can easily tell when someone like Louie is lying. And Louie's lies are particularly transparent. If Louie had the same level of reasoning and common sense as a normal, reasonably intelligent adult, then he'd know he's not fooling anyone. But, yeah, his new "troother yoosername" tactic is pretty shitty, and is just another in a long list of Louie's lies.

He's definitely conflating the idea of diabetes as a condition requiring workplace accommodation with the idea of diabetes as a permanently disabling condition. The ADA and the EEOC protect diabetics under "workplace disability" because their condition often requires: flexible break times, allowances for "OMG I GOTTA PEE," access to food and drink at their desks, etc. A person can work around fluctuations in their blood sugar with proper accommodation.
Even conditions that actually are permanently disabling require a fuckton of hoops to be jumped through to prove it. Depending on the condition, you're looking at proving how your condition impedes your ability to work, why accommodation can't work, and supporting documentation from doctors. Even migraine sufferers, whose condition can severely impede their ability to work, manage to function around their condition most of the time. Probably, Lou would stand a better chance at getting disability for his mental health problems than for diabetes. After all, his mood swings and violent tendencies do not mesh well in the workplace.
Maybe the ‘truth’ part of the username is referring to Wonder Woman’s lasso of truth?
Is Lou into bondage? Does he want to be wrapped up in the lasso and forced to admit he doesn’t need ten iPads?
