Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Question, which party defends the confederate flag and confederate iconography today?
Who did David Duke endorse for the 2016 and 2020 elections?
Which party populates the southern states that seceded heavily nowadays?

man i fucking love these a&n threads
Biden and Clinton both praised Robert C Byrd.

>take your guns away
because that totally happened when right wingers lost their shit and claimed Obama was going to do it

>indoctrinate your kids
do you mean the whole "universal preschool" thing? Oh no, Biden's going to teach kids how to read and count, hide in your bunkers!

>"get rid of the police"
Where'd you hear this one from? Facebook? It's fucking incredible to me how you people genuinely think this middle-of-the-aisle boomer who won by being a middle-of-the-aisle boomer is going to make any kind of sweeping hyper-leftist changes.

Half this thread is bemoaning how much of an old supposedly senile Prince Phillip-tier walking corpse on the verge of collapsing into dust he is, the other half is doomposting about how much of a crazy nefarious evil hyper-liberal hippie communist he supposedly is. Pick one version of Biden and stick to it.

Biden isn't AOC, nor is he Bernie. He's never been anything even remotely close to far left in his career.
Middle of the aisle isn't a push for supreme court packing, or eliminating the filibuster, believing January 6th was worse than Pearl Harbor, reversing the rule on life saving drugs sold at cost, pushing for a 15 dollar minimum wage, believing kids should get hormone injections and gender reassignment surgery, and killing blue collar American jobs on your first day in office.
Do you live in Wyoming or something? My state just passed sex-ed for kindergarden and I'm not even exaggerating. How much are the lizard pedophiles paying you?
Here thing in short left project every thing they plan to do & gas light.
right does not conserve anything & complict in helping left -just a means to slow boail the frog to stop rapid progress.
..............
Forthehoard - already explain the sex ed question which is to early
do you mean the whole "universal preschool" thing? Oh no, Biden's going to teach kids how to read and count, hide in your bunkers!

I don't get the scoffing at Biden receiving the most votes out of any president ever. Trump got the 2nd most votes in American history from the last election, and he lost the popular vote in 2016. He also never broke an approval rating over 49%.

More people were of voting age in the last election and more people turned up if only to get Trump out of office, that's it.
Two things:
1) It's laughable to imagine people were voting based on who the candidates were
2) It's laughable to imagine fraud didn't tip the scales anywhere

Regarding fraud, there's been enough pushback from both Democrat and Republican officials that it makes the whole election suspicious. Even doing an audit months after the fact has Dems worked up, when they'd been fine with the previous fake audits that occurred (they called recounts audits). Which suggests on some level that a lot of them understand there's something that could be found versus the unfounded conspiracy theories they'd come up with regarding Russia interfering in the past couple elections.

Regarding popularity, there doesn't appear to be evidence that people even liked Biden or were at least energized enough by a hatred of Trump to go vote in great numbers. You had various political events that barely seemed to get attention by Dem voters versus regular insane enthusiasm from Republicans. This is of course a subject difficult for anyone to say anything conclusively on primarily because we had a virus that got politicized by Dems to the point they assumed getting it meant insta-death so going out for events wouldn't seem a great idea to them (unless it was for voting?). Either way, people weren't voting based on a desire for Biden which is going to get chuckles from people laughing at liberals' misery over the fact their party is so desperate to do the bidding of their corporate oligarchs.

Good thing my neighborhood has century old homes and buildings. With 95% of it privately owned. It would implausible to buy them up and build new projects. If any houses come up sale their sold within a month. Any new developments are screwed though
Eminent domain is a thing. and "racial equality and diversity" could very easily count as a valid public use. Probably wouldn't happen, but you're not necessarily in the clear.

I'm not handwaving away a damn thing, you absolute retard. I don't know what state you live in, so I don't know what exact law you're talking about. Quit jumping to shit if you're going to be as vague as you are.

Either fucking way, Biden never promised compulsory sex education or stated that he would mandate it for all schools across the country. Any bad from that bill would be on the state legislature rather than boomer man. Boomer man has no hand in what the state legislatures pass.

Choosing educational curriculum in the USA is a more complicated process than a decision made by one entity.
First, many questions on Quora suggest people are confused at the difference between curriculum, teaching methods, and standards.
Standards are the expectations for learning at each grade level. For instance, in first grade mathematics children are expected to learn basic addition, while in third and fourth grade they learn and practice multiplication and division. The Common Core Standards were organized by a coalition of state governors who wanted to create a norm across states (so that when a child moved from Minnesota to California, they would still be learning the same things) that would represent what we know about when children should learn different things. So basically, the Common Core Standards (and other state standards) are merely a list of learning expectations by grade level. Standards are not the same as curriculum.
Curriculum refers to the adopted materials (usually textbooks, sometimes software or science kits) that will be used to teach children to reach the expected standards. Different states and school districts and even schools choose curriculum differently. In California, the state typically provides a list of “approved” curriculums that as per committees of educators provide good quality access to the expected standards. Districts and schools choose what they want to use as curriculum from the approved list (although this requirement has been loosened a bit in California). In my last three districts curriculum was chosen with the following steps:
  1. A team at the district level, sometimes with teacher input, selected from 2–5 “state approved” textbooks in a given subject area and presented those textbooks to teachers to evaluate.
  2. Teachers came to presentations by the textbook companies and/or perused the different textbook choices at a display. Select teachers often “pilot” the books, meaning they use them temporarily with their students.
  3. Teachers voted which textbook they would prefer (in a tie, the district leadership made the decision).
  4. The School Board then approved the textbook choice at a formal Governing Board meeting where parents could attend and give opinions.
  5. Each subject area (math, English, social studies, science) goes through the same process for curriculum selection and this is typically done every 7–10 years.
That covers standards and curriculum. In terms of teaching methods, curriculum provides some influence over teaching methods (for instance, using science kits to teach science is a very different teaching method than using a science textbook). However, for the most part teaching methods are left up to the teacher. Teaching whole group versus using small groups, letting students do hands-on learning versus everything paper-pencil, using the arts to teach through music, movement, and visuals—these are all methods that come mostly from the teacher. Schools and districts provide professional development and attempt to sway teachers to using particular methods, and sometimes these take hold. Curriculum can influence methods as well. Ultimately, the methods teachers use depend on what they are comfortable using.
I cover all three even though the question only asks about curriculum because I know that often people outside of education lump all of these ideas (standards, curriculum, and teaching methods) into one idea called curriculum, but they are not the same.
Is it the feminist question or Female or cucked soy boys on board (LGBT)

Question, which party defends the confederate flag and confederate iconography today?
Who did David Duke endorse for the 2016 and 2020 elections?
Which party populates the southern states that seceded heavily nowadays?

man i fucking love these a&n threads
On the question of the confederate flag, the state of Mississippi decided to give up that Johnny Rebel attitude and change their flag. As for the iconoclasm, it's a regional issue as a Republican from New England would disavow it compared to a Republican from the South.

Richard Spencer and our local Canadian Nazi who got banned a while ago was rooting for Biden. And Trump disavowed those endorsement unless Trump should murder David Duke.

Part of the reason the Democrats lost the South after 2000 is mostly their stances on guns and Democrats becoming less religious otherwise they dominated Southern politics well into the Bill Clinton era.

What exactly is wrong with Confederate iconography per se?
Who did Richard Spencer endorse for President?
Which party was the one that actually drove for secession?

The people pushing the policy were vying for and on the short list for Biden's cabinet. Your point wasn't even relevant to my original post, and you're the one assuming where I'm from and how retarded I am for not reading past the headlines on state policy 2500 miles away from me. You saw someone implying that DNC education policy has nefarious motives and jumped in to white knight when it had nothing to do with the point being made. Again, you fucking creep.

Mods, please undelete Neil's giant autistic post that no one wants to read so that I can laugh at him for posting a bunch of dumb shit that no one will ever read.
lol it was an unfinished version of the post

Glorifying treason and slavery is nonsensical and the majority of those statues were put up during the Reconstruction period to strike fear into black people
Donald Trump, and then after getting BTFO and losing his place from the alt-right, he announced his support for Biden because he wanted to "end" the "MAGA/Alt-Right moment".
The Democrats in 1865. Are those same areas still majority democrat or did they change to red?

You're making claims about an education policy with zero evidence, being extremely vague about what exactly that supposed new policy is or even what state it's in. No naming of those supposed cabinet member wannabes either.
I called out that other guy because he made the hysterical claim that boomer man was going to indoctrinate kids with nothing to back that up either.

I'd be right alongside you if I could see that supposed Biden-written plan to instill gay troonery and forced SRS onto kids at birth.
It takes the minimum amount of push back for you to lose your shit and stop acting like a smug cunt, amazing
lol ok i just called him a retard
