Does Len know why he's going to court?
Since he has already demonstrated that he is unable to link cause with effect, does he even know he's being charged for something he did?
Based on some of his postings he seems to be under the impression that he's taking the Colebrookdale RR, and/or Kiwi Farms to court. Does he actually believe this? Or is he hoping that if he floods the hearing with non-stop talk of the Lenspiracy and the involvement of The Farms, the judge would forget what he did and start charging us for harassment?

That's still goddamned terrible. That's still a grampa's age, even if it's a young one and the grandkid likely wouldn't be that old in a normal situation. Though I can understand the annoyance since that means he very well might have another decade of autism to unleash on others before expiring, which I believe is the only way to stop him being a tarding manbaby that breaks children's dreams.

So who all is attending the court date?
I'm far enough away to make it out of a days reasonable driving range.
We really do need somebody there to take notes. No matter what the actual reseult, there will be no way of getting a truthful awnser out of Shaner.
Also, I thought I'd crack open another story from days gone by.. When Len railfaned Class one railroads.
Class one railroads are the big railroads such as CSX, Norfolk Southern, Union Pacific, etc, etc.
This paticular story happened in 2009 on NS's mainline near Altoona and comes to me from another longtime friend of mine who is now an Engineer for NS on the same division.
Len was out trying to film trains. Nothing specific, just trains in general. Nothing came for half an hour so Len decided to call the yard office in Altoona.. to complain.
They thought it was a joke, so they brushed him off. He called 4 times to complain and then when a train finally did show up, they stopped at a signal near wherever Len was stroking it.. I mean railfanning. The crew had apparently been told of Len's antics (they may known who he was, but I am uncertain of this)
Len began to Waddle towards the locomotives as if he wanted to talk to tje crew. Then the crew decided to have a bit of fun.
When a train is stopped in a siding or at a signal, the general practice is for the engineer to Dim the headlights and switch off the ditch lights. Most railfans know this, and can usually tell when something is about to move. Len also knew this.
The crew made a good show of waiting for Len to get close to the track and start walking their way and then Switching on the headlights and giving the horn a few toots like they were preparing to depart.
Len would waddle back to his camera and wait with the cameras ready. The crew would then would shut the lights off and act like nothing happend. This went on for a while before Len decided to give up and wait in his truck.
A few minutes passed and then the crew got their signal. (It must also be noted here that Len could not have seen the signal the train actually had.)
They kept the lights dimmed and eased forward.. then they got fairly close to Lens truck and switched the lights on full and blasted the horn as they passed.
Len missed his shot, crew morale improved and the world was at peace.
I'm not sure what to call this one.. Maybe "A Len caught in headlights?"

Maybe it's because I'm not a part of the railfan community, but you think that, with a train stopped that long, any sensible person would've asked the crew if he could get his shots. Pretty sure most people aren't assholes and would give some obvious cues so the railfans could have their ideal shots.
