One of three things will probably happen. One: they ignore it or two: they laugh their fat asses off and make up a bunch of nonsense of why that's wrong, or three: laugh like a bunch of retards, say kiwis are wrong again but never explain why.

No matter what side you fall on, the truth is that humans are fallible and largely because of that we have an imperfect system. There's a litany of people who have been falsely imprisoned and a similarly long list of people who escaped prosecution despite their guilt. This is a horrible argument for someone who "defends women" to make, seeing as many, many women say that they don't even report sexual assaults due to historical results of such claims.

Hell, if you want to see how screwed up our justice system is, look no further than OJ Simpson who was exonerated in criminal court and convicted in civil court for the SAME crime.

But yes, let's use the result of the initial case via a statute that has recently become notorious for its abuse and was even changed while this case was in court because of how abused it is as proof of the guilt or innocence of anyone involved.

Considering that you can dispel slander with a mea culpa (correct?), it is ridiculous in my opinion to have anti-SLAPP for anything below a certain size. Since the whole intent of the legislation is to prevent a large entity from bullying a smaller one, and that should not apply in this case when you're talking one person who is not obscenely wealthy vs. a few other people and a sizable company. If anything, the defendants should have the massive size advantage.

It's hilarious when they say they're just laughing at the other side even though that's what KiwiFarms does at the end of the day to BOTH sides.

KickVic can dish it out all they want but when the Kiwis do it to them it is considered harassment even though we don't do much outside of talking shit about them on this website. When users drag the farms into stuff like Twitter drama they get banned real quick.

The reason Vic does so is because he has more legitimate fans than Monica. Monica's fans sure aren't supporting her financially or through positivity. Her "fans" are just bored twatters who cross-post between LawTwitter and other crap.

They're mostly just fans of MHA or some other mainstream anime she just happens to be in. They're not there for her specifically but for the series cast as a whole, just remember that when the MHA panel happens at SacAnime. If her solo autograph line is small but the autograph line for MHA is longer that's why.

Also, reminder that Monica has never been to a SC con so the chances of her meeting her biggest simp is very unlikely.

She probably doesn't pay attention at all because she doesn't actually care.

Most of Monica's work/notable roles was when she was working for ADV Films. Her best voice work is probably Hyatt from Excel Saga. If you actually listen to it she sounds nowhere as obnoxious as she does today.

During this same time, she was a frequent guest at anime cons around the country along side people like Vic. It's obvious she got a huge ego during that time because look where it lead her to now.

EDIT:

After a little research I managed to find this video. Around 23:20 Greg brings up an interesting fact about anime companies and conventions, he also claims that Vic called him, Chris Patton & Monica Rial "The Trifecta" because they were always at cons back in the day. It's definitely worth a watch if you can put up with Greg Ayres talking for an hour.
