I’ll add to your thunk parade, by even saying maybe all this stuff Kat is doing (having a part time, casseroles upon more casseroles(( I think she was into African drum music at one time)) is all a ploy to irritate and annoy Phil into filing for divorce. That way she stakes claim to assets , it would also prove why he’s squeamish to video game sex and sexual references because she can construe that to being adulterous behavior in her divorce papers.
Sorry for the speculations it just doesn’t add up to what a married couple is and how people who claim to be in love or soulmates act.

As long as Kat has food in the fridge, a lock on her bedroom door, and her Switch, she's not going anywhere unless something better comes along.

She gave up an active, outgoing guy and left a city that looks like a Norman Rockwell painting made manifest to live with a do-nothing slob in a city slowly turning into a shithole.

Phil doesn't care about anything else but occasionally having Kat throw a few clothes in the laundry and microwaving him some of his tomato flavored sugar water with his week old pasta.

Kat and Phil are perfect for each other. Unambitious hermits with zero expectations of one another.

Honestly, the only reason I ponder the thought of whether or not his soulmaid is still around is because of how much he lies, and what kinds of things motivate him to tell certain kinds of lies. Were I following Boogie, I probably wouldn't give any thoughts to who he shares his life and/or bed with, because last I paid attention to him, he wasn't so blatantly full of shit about absolutely everything. There is a reason I was a fan until a certain point, unlike with Phil, who I started following from the start of the bankruptcy saga, and would go back a lot further than that in my detracting if I had simply known about some things. Never could have been a fan.

On top of that, there is just so much weirdness that I don't know how to explain. Like the time we heard a woman's voice during the stream. I find it odd that that was an isolated incident, if it was Khet. Or his inability to attend a doctor's appointment because she's home, which makes no fucking sense. Not unless there's something about her that he's not telling us, which if there is, why open the door for questions/speculation about it? We already talk about how she's probably fat as fuck these days, based on him getting her an exercise bike and telling everybody about it.

There is one thing that could put this to rest, though, besides appearing on stream, and that's a repeat of the hospital story, with Khet as the new centerpiece. Phil hasn't learned a damn thing from what happened with Leanna, clearly, as he stills says shit on stream that any normal person wouldn't want public, so it's a possibility. Not that I want it to, at the end of the day, it was bad enough when Phil did that shit last time. But if he does it again, we'll know it's not because he's making shit up so that it looks like Khet is still around.

I never knew he had a GF before kat in the first place. only saw his "this is how you dont play MGS" series once and then didnt think much about it until I rediscovered Philbertstan on the farms.

Someone said a while ago that Phil is your basic suburban mall rat who grew up in the same area he always lived as a kid and young adult and never branched out of his comfort zone (those crazy stories he's told over the years are exaggerated as fuck, calling him a king of hyperbole is an understatement, maybe even an
emperor).

He's never experienced an entirely different culture or customs in any major capacity since he's never travelled overseas, he's never bothered to educate himself on any major interest or dedicated himself to another hobby that he's not used to (so no, not gaming), he's been able to maintain an upkeep of his lifestyle that has never seen any serious changes and fully embraces consumerism and market capitalisim (all the technology he buys, all the fast food he buys, all the fancy homeware and other expensive goods he sees when he goes shopping on that shopping trip that apparently takes an entire day).

So he is essentially nothing particularly fascinating (ironic I know, but in a normie sense of things) as a person and has an undeveloped mentality about his attitude to anything completely unfamiliar or new to him.

There are thousands of Americans probably worse then him that's for sure, but it's still laughable for us though.
Remember when Phil couldn't even find the United Kingdom on a map? Even if you don't leave your country learning the world map is something that is covered in like 3rd grade.

Are you sure you ever followed booger?
Perhaps not closely enough, though if it means anything, I was done with him after all the fence-sitting he did during Gamergate. Came off as such a coward, couldn't take it after awhile.

What gets me is the stark contrast between Leanna and Katherine. I don't like to attribute cleverness to Phil, but it's hard to completely overlook how much that contrast suggests a deliberate move on his part. I mean, what would you do if you were a douchebag in need of a soulmaid who can put up with your shit forever, while having no intention of changing in any positive way?

Then again, with as much as Phil maniacally decides to roll the dice and just hope for the best instead of exerting himself, maybe he did just that and it came up in his favor.
Imagine being such a bitch that your wife's boss dictates when you can do things.
I'm torn, because on one hand, Phil is a huge pussy, but that seems to be relegated to in-person interactions, otherwise he's easily irritable and combative.

Also, we know he hates going anywhere, and anything he says about why he's not attending his doctor's appointments is therefore suspect, even if it isn't stupid-sounding. And while I'm on this subject, why is he scheduling these appointments to begin with? Unless he isn't the one doing that, which means not only is Khet around, but is actually attempting to make him do something. Which seems odd, based on what we know about her. Hmm...

It depends. Does Kat pay bills? I will say no since Phil talked so much about her crying when he lost his partnership. Because of that reasoning I don't think it's necessarily about getting Phil to do something as much as making sure her meal ticket doesn't get sick before she finally decides to leave. But, then again Phil has been looking more and more like crap since getting with Kat. I don't know weather to contribute the changes in Phil's health to her or Phil's increasing laziness and uncleanness.

If she is as stupid as most around here think she is, it's hard to picture her having so much concern for the Polish Potato looking like he needs to be tossed in the garbage.

And I don't believe Phil about the crying, it too conveniently gets mentioned for pitybux. Then again, he would use real tears for pitybux as well...

I don't know. Kat jumped ship from Subaru man to get with Phil. Some part of me thinks she would want to protect her investment in some way. Then again she could be as dumb as everyone thinks she is. It's easy to account for Phil's behavior because we have years of videos. Kat not so much so I can't figure out if she is just playing Phil or just letting herself be used as a prop.

Phil's Pokémon Snap playthrough is going to be another snoozefest. (So 2 today, this and fucking Danganronpa tonight). The game is incredibly easy and there's no penalty for failing other than having to repeat the level if you want to get another chance at taking the picture, something which I expect to be happening often as Phil's reflexes are as bad and slow as a tortoise

There are 2 things which can make this game enjoyable though: 2 of the characters. One is colored and the other is a cocky, annoying son of a bitch who thinks that he's the best.....his name is Phil

i get why people might be dreading the snap playthru but im always super fascinated when phil gets inordinately attached to the types of games you maybe use to rehab someone from a serious stroke. theres almost nothing new or interesting about the daily shit show where phil is the damsel in distress and no matter how many times OIC barges in with a wheelbarrow of cash he's always in another castle. luckily video games intended for the 3-8 year old range always relax him enough to where he reveals some of his psyche and its morbidly compelling. the bugsnax shit was REALLY fucked up and im ready for more of that and i hope you guys are ready too.

not to mention that we're going to get like 5 straight hours of clown mode and him hyping up this game telling us how it's so exciting and how it's a game of the year contender

you know it's funny, DSP talks about how in college he had "the party dorm" and how everybody was getting high and shit, but he was threatening to ban me for telling him I was going to send him 50g of weed in the mail...like pretty sure it's legal in Washington so he should have no worries but ofc he's afraid of weed

That's what he gets for being a bad liar.

I agree it's amusing when Phil plays a game more on his maturity level, because as much as he hates being made fun of for it, he can't resist indulging himself in such games, for they are too tempting, both for being what they are and for NOT being what Phil usually embarrasses himself playing.

That's why Bugsnax was a hill he chose to die on. It tapped right into that childish brain of his. It reached the real Phil Burnell, something Dark Souls can never do because that's a game for him to play pretend with.

I wouldn't have so much to say about this were it not for his insistence on lying about who and what he is.
