Love the "Laughed him out of court and called out his incompetent council" when courts don't really do that as that's just rude to essentially collogues (obviously theres exceptions, totally expecting Anon to say I'm wrong on this which is very possible), unless your lemons and make a shitty powerpoint that literally starts with a trashfire. The only ones that got laughed in a way in court was Lemons.

How long were Vics lines at the latest Con he was at? Just curious if theres any pictures.

All right guys, here's the transcript from the Feburary 3rd hearing where the judge awarded a protective order to Quinton Flynn against the "Beware of Quinton Flynn" Krissy bitch.

Far as I can tell, this was from a court in Indiana (Lake County). Flynn was represented by counsel, while Krissy was a pro se loltigant. From the conversation, Flynn's wife and Krissy's mother were in attendance.

I obtained the file as a collection of jpgs which I merged into one fucked up pdf. The redactions and underlines are from the source material; I didn't add them myself. I don't have a clean, official copy.

In fairness to Krissy, I think this animation where cartoon Flynn gets merc'd shouldn't be subject to a protective order, unless she's sending it Flynn or any of his associates. That's free speech, as autistic as it is.

The crazy "Beware of Quinton Flynn" bitch also didn't have a lawyer skilled at the legal motion equivalent to a Gish Gallop where he lays on the bullshit fast and hard.

Incidentally, the crazy bitch and her supporters are claiming she only lost because she didn't have proper legal representation. I wonder what LawTwitter has to say about this? Maybe there's a LawTwitter simp in Indiana willing to get off Twitter (fat chance) take this case pro bono.

I'm going to have to agree with Cress here.
Krissy and those like her were emboldened by The Chuppening (as well as influence from LawTwitter) to move forward against those they deemed verboten. You can clearly see it with how Krissy defines a "public figure" and her flagrant "he could always sue for defamation," as if it would be an instant win. The judge during this hearing is the kind of judge I hoped would preside over Mignogna v. Funimation et al, but we got lazy-ass Chupp instead.
