There's a tranny I occasionally check in on for kicks.
For context, a 14-30 Violation Notice in Kansas means that you have 14 days from when the notice was sent to fix the problem or 30 days from when the notice was sent to leave the premises. Furthermore, if the same violation happens within 6 months, the tenant has 30 days to leave, with no chance to fix the problem. But what could've caused this issue?

Kinda off-topic but speaking of 2015-2017, I noticed that something "weird" started happening between those years.
It's kinda like the some obscure shadow government or fucking satan just flipped the "chaos switch" and we ended up like this. What happened? Was it Trump's election? Social Media? Our Youth? I didn't notice that Adam's apple, that's a dead giveaway.
I was thrown off by the use of the name "Lukey" as well as the forehead and eye area--there's no prominent brow ridge and the eyes are not deep-set like a typical man. Congrats to this dude for achieving a level of ambiguity most MTFs can only dream of.
