Yes - so why supplement if you do not know whether you are deficient or not? Taking factors of 10+ of DV of vitamins does not magically make you healthier unless you're deficient. Anyone is better off talking to a doctor and getting blood tests for any suspected deficiencies than taking expensive vitamins at random. Not to mention that the amount absorbed by the body through these vitamins is usually poor, and packaging, storage, heat etc, all would affect its efficacy, and getting high quality ones are very expensive. If you're nutritionally deficient, you need to change your lifestyle, not only treat the symptom through vitamins (unless your doctor tells you to).
Nope. mRNA technology has been used for decades.
Yes. So eat a balanced diet fatty. Your 100 dollar gummies are for faggots who don't know how to cook.

A lot of wasted money. Additives and agents that can cause inflammation or other issues. Placebo effect.
It's been 5+ months and no one has keeled over yet. The antibodies go away after some time. How would these side effects last longer than that?
What mRNA vaccines have been deployed like this before? They're not FDA approved like i said. The CDC themselves admit that this is the first mRNA vaccine. All the others they list are different types. The research for this vaccine does not have the typical 8 years of observation behind it. You're talking about 5+ months since deployment like that's some kind of long term thing. Maybe there's nothing wrong with it at all. Although, the VAERS system has a pretty big uptick in reports lately so I don't know "how well its going". Could be nothing.
If someone has a deficiency in something, then a supplement is usually prescribed. Most doctors start with obvious advice and common sense. "Eat, drink, and sleep well". I don't understand why you act like what i'm saying is not the next step in thinking. You're so concise about how things like storage and heat could effect the efficacy of a vitamin, and how expensive it is to get good quality stuff. Therefore, the intake of such things doesn't have value? Based on what research?
I could be here saying to take eat some coconut oil or some fish oil for example. Those are basically food items with high nutritional value. Is concentrated fish material too abstract for you to comprehend as a supplement that is "good for you", or is it part of a "well balanced diet" since its "made out of food"? Either way i think what is in it is helpful based on what i've read, and experienced myself.
You're gung ho about people getting this mRNA thing. Operation Warp Speed and all that. I'm pretty sure there are many more clinical trials on 1000mg of vitamin c to help your immune system than a jab of mRNA instructions.
There are a variety of reasons why someone would need to supplement something. "eat a balanced diet" is a good place to start, but it really doesn't cover everyone's situation. The Vitamin D thing is spot on because you say that its the only thing worth taking. Okay, even if that contradicts your other argument about storage and all that.
At the same time you don't apply your "eat a balanced diet" argument to Vitamin D. You should, and would if you were consistent. The Sun is a source of Vitamin D. Why not just say to someone "go outside and stand in the sun." Sometimes "just go outside idiot" doesn't cover it.
But where is that common sense thinking with your attitude about this new injection? Explain to me why you think these new injections are so important? Is it to avoid the sickness? Or are you purporting that we can beat the virus by having a unilateral vaccination? Is there any documented evidence that would support these claims?
If the vaccine doesn't work 100 percent of the time, then what percentage is good enough? How long will it take for us to determine if this vaccine has done its job and the virus is gone? Will the virus ever go away? If it doesn't then does that mean we should keep vaccinating ourselves with new variants to match new mutations? What if we just didn't?
I personally haven't done anything aside from improve my life and add supplements. It's done me pretty well. Then i go online and see you getting mad and putting out the big lie about how well made this thing is and how everyone should get it.
I still won't get it. Because like i said, I had the 2 week pneumonia, which they say conveys a high level of immunity because of the antibodies i naturally produced. I feel confident taking my little protocol of vitamins. I've been going around wearing cloth masks that don't block the transmission of a virus that they say is supposed to be stopped by an n95 mask with goggles. I haven't been wearing gloves. I'm more confident in what i'm doing than whatever new thing you're peddling. Everyone else, good luck.
