Doxong is against TOS, and I'm fairly certain abusing PayPal to chargeback for information is too.

Also Phil isn't a partner anymore, so he's just some bloke.

The best part: He's now effectively biting the hand that feeds him by slamming Twitch with his "pledging to Pateron actually gives me more than I was getting with subs, so you screwed up Twitch" talk. Phil really is the kid who gets in trouble and doesn't know when to shut up.

This Pokémon stream is just beyond cringe levels today. Even if he got the payment, which he probably won't according to the fine print in his contract, he will say he didn't get it. You're stating down the barrel of the May/June begging prop, even if his wage slaves give him his desired $400 a day between now and the 15th, not getting the Twitch payment will be devastating for him and he won't know how to make ends meet that month.

Thing that made Pokemon Snap so great was it was one of the few games to see the Pokemon in 3D and not the shitty sprites you see on your Gameboy. Could also take that shit to Blockbuster and print out your own pictures, which was great as a kid.

Now? You got 700+ of these things and I know Phil doesn't recognize half of them, and it's shit we have already seen in 3D since most were already on the 3DS and remakes. It's beyond cringe that he tries to act like he is interested in this because it's really trying to artificially hype people up, get excited, and probably tip him if he continues any sort of commentary.

I've tried to watch way more entertaining streamers play this and it is still the most boring shit I've seen, so it's going to the night streams. I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to 100% it, and also falls asleep during it.

Divinity 2 is going to die for this.

He is unsure if he is still expecting a payment of $5000 from Twitch on the 15th and considers it illegal if they don't give it to him. But he instituted the $200 goal before this final Twitch paycheck, so if he receives that final Twitch payment, he will theoretically have doubled his income for one month by overlapping it (he is receiving the replacement income while also receiving the last payment of that income). This should allow him to start budgeting and always stay ahead of his bills, because he should have now swung his income to be one full month ahead of where he was before. I'm interested to see if he leaves this ambiguous by the 15th, or if he actually states if he got paid or not.

And that is precisely how we know that Phil has learned nothing from losing his partnership. This isn't even believable as some kind of fortunate side effect of his panicked response, he has straight-up gotten greedier and greasier. Which is really ill-advised now, because someone at Twitch took his partnership away for a reason, and I seriously doubt that he's not under surveillance by them. Who else would take his transgressions seriously, but someone who doesn't take kindly to what he is? Even if I'm wrong, Phil is an idiot for taking such a risk, especially since we know he knows why he got kicked. He should be doing all he can to look innocent, just in case they haven't acted and then moved on and forgotten all about him, and instead he's being as Phil as possible about it, ensuring that if he's being watched, he is fucked.

He has no intention of being honest about his final payment, never did. Talking about it is for stirring up drama, not for transparency. Anyone inquiring about it later is getting the LIMB, if OiC doesn't nuke them first.

There's just no way he isn't intentionally attempting to capitalize on this crisis. The only part that is really up in the air is if his fans can maintain this even more excessive level.

Even if they do, you know as well as I do what that means: his spending will rise to match the new income level. There is no such fucking thing as Phil's replacement parents (that's how I see his paying fans) being able to stay ahead of his appetite. They give a bigger batch of cookies to the monster, and they disappear down his gullet just as fast as the smaller ones did. Even if he knew HOW to budget, and even if he did NOT have a monkey on his back, Phil would still have his permanent lying problem obscuring any sense of what the fuck is going on with his utterly fucked finances. He would still either make sure that he's never ahead, or never be honest about the fact that he does not in fact need tips so badly because he actually is ahead for once.

This is why the more interesting question for me is this: What does Phil do when Patreon and PayPal kick him to the curb? Because good luck maintaining himself after THAT.

The Pastriarchy - Rarely enters stream chat but did last year to disagree with some points HHR made and to tell Phil that he didn't like him.

Jakileez - Fucking hates OiC.

Jaxx_raxor - Again, rarely enters chat but he did not too long ago and had a personal disagreement with OiC.

Rahb - Rahb never enters stream chat, and he barely knows what planet he's on so this Whale is secure.

ShirtlessMoFo - I've seen him have an argument about tipping with OiC. Something along the lines of "why are you tipping if you hate this game" or something. But I think SMF is a troll tipper anyway.

I'll try and find proof of the disagreements between Pastriarchy and Jaxx. For now you will just have to take my word for it. If you have been actively hanging out in Philths streams you may have seen this anyway.

Superhound has likely succeeded in putting distance between Philth and his whales.

Divinity 2 is going to die for this.

As someone who is currently playing it because I grew up with the original, the game gets repetitive when you have to redo the same levels over and over to get a higher score to unlock shit. I can't go more than a few hours without wanting to fall asleep. He WILL fall asleep playing it. But Divinity 2 MUST die for this.....because Divinity 2 has some decent challenge while Pokémon Snap is another Bugsnax
