He's gotta owe at least $25k on that house in unpaid mortgage. And that's one of the worst types of debt to get in. If he has any sense he'll go bankrupt as soon as he's out of there. Which means he won't.

He's mentioned having medical debt in the past and once claimed to have a negative bank balance which makes me think he's also run up a lot of credit card debt.
Miles or his parents might set it up for him but yeah, I doubt he'd do it on his own.
The world and the way content creators work changed over the years, Spoony not only stayed in the early 2010s but regressed.
Once he loses the house, they may not even want to look after/ give him a place to stay, let alone do that for him. If he is unwilling to put the work into getting him self better he will end up on the streets.

Its a choice. Plain and simple. The explanation might be BPD or cuckitis, but its no excuse. Liquid Spoony tried setting up a game session with Angry Joe a while back and Joe was happy to oblige. Spoony chimed in just to say "thats not me, ignore him"

His folks probably already set up the basement for him or Miles is cleaning up the guest room. You don't treat depression like that, you get them help when they are ready. You don't just throw them out, especially if they are family. I'm far from a big fan of what Spoony has become or how he treats fans, friends, etc. But no human being deserves to just be cast aside, especially if they are dealing with mental illness.
It's already been established months ago that his family has made plans to let him move back in with them after his house foreclosure finalizes. He's been bitching all year about going back to Arizona eventually.
He should organize a reunion. The bitter recriminations and screaming matches might lift his spirits.
