Stop trying to pretend there are rational arguments for not getting the jab. Its fucking gay. Just admit you're scared and take your lumps.

Watch the video or admit you're scared and take your lumps. See how dumb that reasoning is?Stop trying to pretend there are rational arguments for not getting the jab. Its fucking gay. Just admit you're scared and take your lumps.
I mean in terms of protecting you from the illness it's supposed to protect against. Of course nothing is perfect and in the field of health especially there's always differing factors between individuals.Flu shots are only somewhat effective. You can still get the flu after taking it.
No vaccine is 100% effective. What are you talking about?
My bullet proof vest analogy was to indicate the stupidity of designing a bullet proof vest that still lets bullets rip you apart, not to suggest bullet proof vests are universally useless. Your parachute analogy is wrong. It's like saying you shouldn't wear a parachute when skydiving because it sometimes fails.
if you're still proudly wearing your face diaper then you're in no position to talkStop trying to pretend there are rational arguments for not getting the jab. Its fucking gay. Just admit you're scared and take your lumps.
LOL impotent little clown.Stop trying to pretend there are rational arguments for not getting the jab. Its fucking gay. Just admit you're scared and take your lumps.
LOL impotent little clown.
We've been back to our normal lives for months and only stop by these sad little covidclown threads to laugh at the tards.
And, yes, the millions and millions of us people who aren't ever going to get a PalsyJab does make the idiots who did look like a bunch of fucking morons.
No you're not lolThe point is you're highly unlikely to get the flu if you are vaccinated
Nope.whereas you're still likely to be a carrier and get sick from Covid if you get vaccinated
Herd immunity. It's a thing.Does not change everything else I said, though, like how getting vaccinated for someone else's benefit is useless compared to the people most at risk getting vaccinated--hence the Karen family thing I said.
Yes you are, otherwise the flu vaccine would be a loser's gamble, and all you did here was post a link to the very thing I posted an image of.
It's 40-60% not just 40%. Why are you trying to drag flu vaccines through the mud just to pedestal Covid vaccines?
CDC said:Clinical trials suggest high efficacy for COVID-19 vaccines, but evaluation of vaccine effectiveness against severe outcomes in real-world settings and in populations at high risk, including older adults, is needed.
Refer back to what I edited about seat belts just up the page:Herd immunity. It's a thing. [...] We're talking about the poster who had immunocompromised friends.
EDIT: By his rationale of "You should get vaccinated to protect your friends who are at a higher risk" I could make the argument that in order to protect the driver of a vehicle (someone at risk) from suffering the effects of a car crash, the passenger of a vehicle (someone of similar risk) or even an unrelated jogger (someone not at risk) should wear seat belts.
You gotta wear your seat belt if you want to protect someone else who's not wearing their seat belt.

Your dumbass argument that because of shit with absolutely astronomical odds against it happening, you should avoid a vaccine, when the known and common effects of the disease it prevents include permanent lung damage, possibly requiring lifelong treatment, and up to death. As much as death is unlikely for most people, the actual effects of the disease are orders of magnitude worse. You're more likely to crash your car and die on the way to the vaccination than have any serious ill effects from it.Which argument are you saying is that dumb, his or mine?
That's idiotic. Every flu vaccine is specifically tailored for that year's prevalent strain. No two are the same.No flu vaccine was developed, produced and put into mass order vaccination in less than a year, using experimental technology which was studied in a niche scientific field for a decade (Moderna did it for a decade and had never produced anything for the market until Covid) before suddenly being used to produce a vaccine for the first time--vaccines which were already being sold and shipped to countries even before their rushed study (Pfizer's in this case, which lacked for full research into effectiveness on age, ethnicity, etc.) was ever peer reviewed.
Sure, go ahead and change the topic. As for what's "not clicking", how about the span of time spent testing and developing flu vaccines under scrutiny vs the span of time pushing out Covid vaccines under emergency measures and a suddenly burgeoning market profit?
The vaccine not being 100% doesn't make sense to me either.
The point is you're highly unlikely to get the flu if you are vaccinated, whereas you're still likely to be a carrier and get sick from Covid if you get vaccinated.
I haven't gotten the jab because I just don't fucking care.I haven't got the jab because I'm scared of it. But I'm honest and don't wrap it up in a bunch of faggotry.
I haven't gotten the jab because I just don't fucking care.
That's not the crux of my argument and you're intelligent enough and read enough of the thread to know that. Stop pretending to be stupid.Your dumbass argument that because of shit with absolutely astronomical odds against it happening, you should avoid a vaccine
I never said the virus wasn't dangerous as a virus. If I did then show me where I did and I'll take the hit for that. Otherwise I only ever said it wasn't the Black Death, specifically because it's not, particularly in death toll. Did you even read my response to your info on pandemics? As much as death is unlikely for most people, the actual effects of the disease are orders of magnitude worse.
So? You're less likely to get blot clots and brain damage or death by not getting the vaccine and simply practicing the same health awareness you did when the vaccine wasn't around. These are non arguments. We're discussing the concern for the vaccine and the risks involved as well as the background and experimental nature of the vaccines themselves. You're more likely to crash your car and die on the way to the vaccination than have any serious ill effects from it.
And those vaccines are developed using technology and methods which have been tested rigorously--and aren't experimental or rushed--for decades. The flu vaccine is time-tested. The Covid vaccine is literally totally different in every way other than it being administered via syringe. The video I posted even from the CEO of Moderna himself says as much. That's idiotic. Every flu vaccine is specifically tailored for that year's prevalent strain. No two are the same.
That's literally been the major focus of my posts from the start: the risks of the vaccine, the way it was developed, the experimental nature of it and the profiteering background of it. Every single post I've made has been about this. I never changed the topic and have been consistent the entire time.Sure, go ahead and change the topic.
The Covid vax hasn't been as fully tested as the flu vax. You're making this retarded argument off of what we currently know barely a year out from the vaccine's rushed development and distribution.Efficacy of covid vax is considerably higher than the efficacy of the average flu vaccine.
Which I thoroughly explained in the very post you're replying to.You made these statements:
And here we go again...Go be anti-vax
Lol calm downThat's not the crux of my argument and you're intelligent enough and read enough of the thread to know that. Stop pretending to be stupid.

We know more about the virus than the vaccines. That is a fact, both from the CDC itself and otherwise. Just read the link in the post I replied to above you.

Again, stop pretending to be stupid. You know what I am saying.

Because anti-vax people defend flu vaccination, right?
And that, dear Kiwis, is how we masterfully concede the entire argument.Lol calm down
You can't really blame the dimwit. And that, dear Kiwis, is how we masterfully concede the entire argument.
Oh please. Everything you do carries a calculated risk with it. You're a heartless horrible murderer if you do anything outside a hazmat suit. You might butterfly effect a virus into someone and they'll die someday. That's what I mean by "old people die". Lefties jump to pathos because they're opportunistic sociopaths who see an effective tactic and take it, not because they have some fart-sniffing heightened capacity for empathy. I have old relatives who are afraid of the 'rona. I have old relatives who aren't. I've visited the latter with no diaper on my face, and no diaper on theirs. I'm fine. They're fine. Nobody I know has died or been sick. This virus has posed zero risk to anyone I know.Valid argument in your first paragraph. Appeals to morality are a common form of rhetoric but I personally think most people warn against the COVID vaccines or any vaccine really because they care about other people's well-being. You ruin your first paragraph's argument by the "old people die" thing which is kind of funny but basically just a meme at this point. You could apply that to anything because everyone is going to die from something but why should an old person have to leave the world in such a shitty way like COVID infection when it can be prevented?
Even if you're trolling that's still a more intellectually honest argument I've seen from any of these idiots.I haven't gotten the jab because I just don't fucking care.
