Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Hook, line, and sinker.

Call me autistic but he's saying that the vaccines were in development for two decades (even though they called Trump a crackpot for saying they were ready) and it just so happens that after decades, a China virus is released, perfectly timed to test out all of this decades long work?
RNA vaccines have been a goal of researchers for a couple decades now, with a few being developed but not really going anywhere. COVID opened up a lot of funding and interest that wasn't present before, and made it feasible to do clinical trials and bring a couple to market. It helped that COVID was novel, widespread, and deadly.

The RNA vaccine story is a good one, but they're not the only vaccine. We also have adenovirus vaccines like J&J and ChAdOx1, and Novavax is testing a protein-based vaccine. (If you don't like your cells manufacturing spike proteins, you'll be able to get a bunch of them dumped into your body.) In an alternate timeline with no RNA vaccines, we might also have seen that effort put into some other platform like attenuated live viruses or VLPs.

That one side of this coin. Who are the ones still in his inner circle that are desperate in their attempts to cut him off from his base?

This has been obvious since his old guard left during his presidency.
It’s probably just because they don’t want a comment section filled with race war declarations and constant flame wars between his supporters and haters. YouTube livestreams are bad enough, I can’t imagine what this would bring.

Well allowing interaction was the biggest boon of 2.0. By having people comment, they feel like they are a stakeholder and will interact with your content more.

Trump is basically admitting he can’t handle the bantz. No different than Biden cutting off the Youtube comments and hiding dislikes.
You can also say Trump is blueballing all his critics by not allowing them to comment on his site. They can do so on twitter, but good luck of getting Trump to see em.

That's genius. People flood to Twitter and Facebook to repeat what Trump has said, yet Trump is banned from Facebook and Twitter. So either the platform bans all talk of Trump (and lose all of those clicks?) or they look like hypocrites.

I wish legal experts would stop ducking corporate cock and state that unpersoning anyone is ok yet a mom and pop shop has to bake a gay cake.

Don't you want to get to normality faster? The government is here to help.

The GOP has two paths ahead, path A is to accept they will always be the minority party from here out as they continue to try and erase the fact Trump was probably the best Republican President in decades, or B, come crawling back to Trump because they are political whores and can't return to the Neocon era.
The leadership have adopted full blown Part A but the grassroots is working on Part B.

GOP leaders are all cucks to the mainstream media, liberals, their own pozzed daughters at college, their wives getting railed by the local black bull Tim Scott and I hope that maybe Fox News fires Tucker so it dies.

To be fair without comments or any user input, it will have less vectors for attack from tranny hackers that will happen. Maybe a mail list it work for some user input?

It’s not “genius”, it’s grandpa tier.
If Biden did this we’d all mock him as out of touch.
Turning comments off is a bit of a wet thing to do, but in this case where Trump can do what he does best; use his opponents words/actions against them, then it's going to be fun to see the mental gymnastics that will be used on Twitter and facebook
