The first article, "Only Fans is on the RISE, but Sex Work is still despised!" reads like the rantings of a deranged maniac. Not only does it have weird punctuation errors but the subject just kind of goes from one thing to the next with little structure. It feels very stream-of-consciousness.

A. Its undeveloped

I imagine something vaguely decent is doable. Especially if you like that outdoor/rugged living. Of course that requires work and motivation. Neither of which they have in any amount.

They could have literally gone back to Africa for cheaper and gotten actual arable land instead of thinking a comic book city that exists with make believe technology is real and they could build it.

id be more concerned about how long-lasting the bags actually are. usually sandbags are used for short term barricades, not buildings that are supposed to last years and decades. eventually the bag itself will rot away, or get torn open by outside forces, and once that happens the sand leaks out. if that happens to enough bags in your building, it will probably collapse.

its possible from a theoretical position, but entirely unpractical.

They're really high up, so plants dont grow as well there. Additionally dead stuff that tends to decay and make nice fertile soil tends to accumulate in low areas, not the top of mountains. On top of that the soil there is visibly rocky, with a lot of elevation change. It also gets really fucking cold that high, and the growing season would be substantially shorter.

Being completely undeveloped, getting stuff like equipment and supplies on site becomes a major hassle too.

I mean at least they have water (not clear if they have rights to it), but in pretty much every other way its stacked against them.
