The language in this is very reminiscent of the 1974 and 1978 Constitutions of China, but it doesn't really directly lift huge chunks of it. I'd assume these are Maoists. With more than a touch of Juche/Songun, at least in their imagery. There's a lot more Maoist teaching to adopt, though, so I'm not sure how much ideology they've taken.

I do think they'd consider themselves to be practicing self-sufficiency while literally being incapable of surviving without handouts from a bunch of paypigs.
