I would agree with the Russian diplomatic corps. The United States under Trump was pushed into deeper conflict thanks mostly to an out of control media propaganda campaign that sabotaged any efforts at niceties and otherwise ensured hostility toward Russia. And the Biden administration has been completely boxed into a corner by the Russian collusion hoax that they insisted on feeding to their base as a means to stop the bad man.
