Anime is gay, except one show

Anime... is the worst. Because unlike furries or bronies one can see the bullshit from far away. Where as Anime tricks you.

If you like a show, there is probably some LGBT liberal faggot, waiting somewhere to write how it represents them
Example is this opening "animation art is good, the art itself is bad" but its not badly made opening. And then some liberal LGBT spazz had to comment -_-

But i found one. One anime they cant ruin.
Kill la Kill. Because its edgy. I found out the reason Liberal LGBT ruins shows is because its cuddly or sensitive. But they hate edgy culture or macho culture.
So they cant touch or ruin this no matter how hard they try
If you own Pokemon, Digimon, Naruto.... Throw them all out. This is the only Anime you need.
Please. Stop.
It's not even funny, this is like shitty 2015 4chan trolling.

I saw the first couple episodes of it a long time ago. I remember it being original and weird but ultimately not interesting enough to want to watch more.

Everyone knows the true manly un-pc aminu is Xabungle anyway

Hellsing is the best non gay anime, doesn't overstay it's welcome and it has Vlad the Impaler fighting insane vatican priests and baby-eating artificial vampire nazis while a big tittied police girl turned vampire shoots massive tank guns and cheese grates a nazi's head into oblivion. There's a nazi shota catboy so it's a little faggy though. Also the english dub is actually superior to the broken engrish sub, for once in existence. Watch the OVA Hellsing Ultimate, it's the complete 10 volume manga series in 10 45-60 minute episodes, while the original TV series was made when only a few volumes were released and goes off in a completely different direction a few episodes in.

Reading manga is the superior choice.
It's almost always a trade off, the manga almost always has more detailed art, but the anime is in color and actually, ya know, moves.

There's also the factor where animes usually don't have real endings but the manga does.

Usually a good rule of thumb is watch the anime first to get a voice and feel for the characters and whether you find it interesting enough to then read the manga to get the "full story"

Dude, Hellsing is very gay, I love it but it's not just the shota catboy, there's also "Girlycard" and "Young Walter" and it just generally fetishizes male or at least androgynous bodies in a way most manga fetishizes female bodies.

Police girl is there and she has big boobs yeah but she's never the focus, there's never any nudity with her even though in theory there could have been.

It actually reminds me JoJo in a way with how there's a few sexy females but it's more about the buff dudes.

But make no mistake, Hellsing is one of my all time favorites, Japanese "gay" is sometimes 1000 times cooler than what "gay" means in the US, again I point towards JoJo, isn't it widely assumed that Hirohiko Araki is gay? Kouta Hirano strikes me as bi perhaps.

"male gaze" = wokespeak for "male sexuality bad"
I know and I fucking hate that mindset so fucking much.

There's nothing wrong with people liking sexy bodies male or female, but somehow it's only a problem if guys like women?

To me it's odd how anime seems to be so automatically triggering to quite a number of people. It's just another style of storytelling. You don't see people raging against all movies because one movie has some really messed up crap in it, but when it's anime there's suddenly REEEing of all anime as "degenerate" or "problematic" or "geeky". Reminds me of how people get so triggered by criticism of vaccines.

Men are deemed "oppressor", so just like white people, anything they do can be "problematic".

I'm sick of that Clown World bullshit too.

It is odd how people react with such hostility to it, I could understand it not being everyone's cup of tea but the way people get so angry about it and it's fans is odd.

Yup, it's the old progressive stack chestnut.

I remember there was a rumour he was going to anime conventions and banging Schrodinger cosplayers, and I’m pretty sure he openly stated Rip Van Winkle was as many of his fetishes he could fit into a single character, a tall, thin androgynous woman in a suit, so him being bi seems like a fair call

Oh shit, I've never heard that rumor before, lmao.

That also makes sense about Rip, she was always very clearly a fetishy character and she's not the only one of course.

I'm new to anime, but there's too many mundane, slice-of-life shows that are little more than "cute cartoon girls doing stuff".

There needs to be an interesting selling point, such as "tank warfare as a high school sport" or "the Iseaki world you chose as your afterlife instead of Heaven is inhabited by dysfunctional nutjobs".
