I mean gura give them the green light you know. She had a say in this costume she can easily delay hers if she doesn't like it. Luna didn't get her new costume along with the 4th gen and i think she didn't like the one that their going to release and decided to delay her reveal.

Rabbit was hololive's biggest streamer and she didn't get anything in 2020 you know. Her new outfit was probably her own idea and not cover.

I think Calli and Kiaras outfits are the best so far, except for cat Kiara. Also the only ones who NEEDED new outfits. Calli had a lot going on behind her. Cloak, scyth, veil, hair. If she want to show more of the model it takes up a lot of screen. Thats why Ina almost never has her tentacles out.
Will look better if she does a singing stream or something IMO. Kiara needed one because her outfit was never that good looking IMO. Mainly the color scheme.

maybe they're still coming, one explanation for the bad rig and limited features could be they couldn't finish it completely in time. makes more sense than "they just got lazy with the one pulling the biggest numbers in EN".
