May I present the source of no-questions-asked, cash-and-carry, mail-order HRT for several tranny cows I've encountered, Folx Healthcare (yes, that's really their name.) They do remote access work and have actual brick-and-mortar clinics in 19 states. They are promoting themselves heavily in troon circles on social media with stuff like fugly troons squeeing as they make T and E unboxing videos. There may be potential here. I'm researching.
Just look at the fucking profiles of their loopy ass clinicians, with every SJW buzzword you could ask for complete with pronouns. I may look further into some of these people. They look like loons although not for the most part so much that I'd wonder if they should be practicing medicine. I wouldn't be shocked to find some suspect shit below the surface though. Don't change the channel!
Free ProTip: nurse practitioners have their own KF thread, that should tell you enough, but be especially careful of nurse practitioners under 50. Thirty years as a nurse definitely lets you pick up a lot of stuff but young nurse practitioners are almost all people too dumb or lazy for med school who saw a couple of years as a nurse and then two years in NP school as a cheat code.
Most if not all of these people also have other jobs so remote-prescribing hormones is a quick way to make an extra buck (or to advance an agenda) on the side. There are many more I didn't attach and they all have profiles that would be winners in a SJW bingo game.
