Weird brand though. I searched Google and Amazon for D3 brands at that dose and couldn't find that bottle. I wonder if it's a grocery store generic or an overpriced prescription version.

Some insurances will pay for OTC if done via a prescription. Tends to lead to them being in these type of generic bottles.

The giant bottle is a one time use thing. Or, expensive. Anitibotics get served in tubes like that. Perhaps a supplement may be in there, but doctors usually don't prescribe supplements unless the patient can't afford meds.

Some patients I've worked with with severe anxiety that are on 3x a day dosage with PRN have bottles that huge for one month of meds. It is also possible its some type of long term antiobiotic they tend to be large pills.

With Jazz’s binge eating, I think it is as much about disassociation as it is control. When you are in the act of a binge, you literally have no control and go into a mild state where you disassociate from yourself and environment in order to avoid feeling anything at all besides the dopamine rush of food. Look at drug addicts or alcoholics who abuse ... you wouldn’t classify them as “in control”.

It's probly a mix of both such a large amount of his life he has no control over. Binging and gaining wait could be an unconscious bid for control which would mix the dissociative aspect in there.

Seeing how poorly adjusted and mentally immature she is, I can't help but wonder if she would have had any mental illness at all if she grew up with normal parents. Were that the case, Jazz would be a completely different person.

On another note, Jeannette is beyond overbearing. Most teenagers rebel against their parents in some way, and this often results in some independence. Given how much Jeannette controls and isolates Jazz from the real world, does anyone know if Jazz has ever had a phase where she rebels against her parents?

If Jazz hasn't, I wonder if perhaps it is because she never went through puberty and hormones would have caused the attitude shift.

• 1 to 10% of patients who were on puberty blockers become severely depressed.
• Boys put on puberty blockers will never be suitable for penile inversions.
• After 3 years on puberty blockers girls bone density was less then 98% of girls not on them.
• Follow up interviews from a prior article showed:
  • 14 out of 30 stopped therapy before a year due to negative side effects or not actually being gender dysphoric.
  • Emotional problems and disruptive behavior in girls.
  • Parents stated significant decrease in physical and mental well being of thier children.
  • There was a significant increase was found in children's resonse to : "I deliberately try to hurt and/or kill my self"
  • There was no relationship found between feelings of gender dysophoria and being on puberty blockers.
  • There was an increase in internalising problems and body dissatisfaction in natal girls.
• The largest article on puberty blockers has an intersting beginning: "The childrenwere divided into two groups: those deemed eligible for puberty blockers immediately, and those who needed more time due to “comorbid psychiatric problems and/or psychological

I am inclined to believe that Jazz would have been a HUGE guy had he not transitioned.

There are exceptions, but hand and feet size correlate to height (because feet in particular have to bear the load) and mouth size correlate to skull size. It's like how you can look at puppies or kittens and pick out which ones will grow big: they have gigantic paws.

Jazz does fight the parents on TV, but it is more of a threenager than a teenager kinda thing.

One thing that always disturbed me about Jazz was, his vocabulary is impressive, but there is no mental connection being made with those words.

He still has male pattern fat retention, but even weirder, he seems to gain weight the way a 50 or 60 year old man does The strangeness of his torso shape is strikingly similar to geriatric males who gain weight, the reason old guy fat looks that way is because it is forming around the organs in addition to the fat formed between muscle and skin. It is a type of fat that is associated with a lot of health problems (called visceral fat).

Very few neovaginas are actually open wounds, it is more like the way that a piercing will close up quickly if you take out jewelry too early. Even if the skin is healed it is the tissue underneath that is trying to mend itself and close the canal. Jazz is never going to survive college, no matter where they decide to go.

Jazz is so insufferable because everything they do is overly exaggerated, overly performative or melodramatic. Now, much of this is because he was butchered as a kid and has absolute zero coping skills (with the exception of hiding in closets or binge eating). But after rewatching older episodes, it is apparent that Jazz’s perception of what a “real woman” is comes from porn stars or drag queens. These are more of a caricature of women and not everyday average women.

This kid has no idea what a normal woman is like (just look at Jeanette or granny) ... he is emotionally and mentally stunted due to hormone blockers. He is loud as fuck, has no ability to pick up on social queues and can’t see outside his make believe world of glitter and mermaids.

Unless Jazz enrolls in a fine arts / drama school, they will never make it. I shudder to think how they think Jazz will ever be self sufficient in the real world / business world / academic world. He will always be on the fringe of society and not because he is trans. But because he is socially and emotionally retarded due to the abuse his family put (and continues to put) him through.
