Just got the memo that they are cancelling all appointments for kids 16 and younger. Waiting on some EUA approval which is only expected for the Pfizer.

Studies have emerged that show that exercise and sunlight are great at preventing virus deaths so what does our government do? Shut down gyms and force everybody inside (but still allow them to DoorDash junk food).

Depending on the amount or ratio, I could see it being impossible at like 80% but doable at 70%. It's also probably worth considering geography, as cities could more easily hit those numbers and you'll just have pockets of areas elsewhere that see flare-ups.

Its only a statistical number until it happens to you. Looking at the vaccine induced illness its happening to healthy people while the biggest illnesses from covid were in the unhealthy (fat) and elderly.

Thinking on those reports I've seen of miscarriages after getting the vaccine. Knowing you just aborted your baby to save grandma who is rotting away in a nursing home that her family doesn't bother to visit. Grandma who is being taken care of by a BIPOC nurse who probably hasn't gotten the vaccine yet either.

I'm not going to police you. Get the vaccine if you want. I'm waiting for more studies. I live in a rural with a WFH job, hardly interact with people, healthy and exercise daily. There is no reason why I need to rush out to get an experimental vaccine.

I got the second shot a few days ago. I got the first one on a whim when I was buying groceries and saw a pharmacy making appointments.

Told my friends about it, they said they weren't interested.

Other than tenderness there were no other side effects, second shot was the same except the soreness came on faster and the area around the shot felt very warm.
