I was thinking the same thing as you, I could have sworn I watched a video of her fucking with a nerve. After seeing the picture, I think I may know where I became confused.

Is there a video of her messing with something white and stringy in her leg? I think it might have been a tendon. It wasn't semi-transparent like this nerve is, much closer to a solid paper/bone white color.

The "I can share later" part is worded strangely. Using "can share" makes it sounds like she is testing the waters to see if anyone is interested in hearing it or to make people ask to hear it. If she wanted to share for her own reasons she would have put "I will share later". In fact, just setting it up at all is weird.

If it was that traumatic she probably would not want to share it immediately, or if she did share, it would be more of a spontaneous word vomit trying to process what happened.
