Is a federal or regular crime to falsify a FBI Order?

Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Hmm...

Exactly. But what I'm asking if the jurisdiction of the crime is across the nation or just contained to the state you are in.

What is an "FBI Order"?
Also know as "work order". It could be anything from a request on a file to a search history even to a memo detailing to get access to information

I guess it varies from city to city.

Here's Houston:

The price you might pay for a single false statement made to the FBI can be steep. This offense is a federal crime and a felony, meaning a conviction could haunt you for the rest of your life.

If you are convicted of making a false statement, you could face up to five years in federal prison. This penalty could be extended to a maximum of eight years if your misstatement relates to any act of international or domestic terrorism.

Time in prison is not the only potential consequence. There are also collateral consequences that can follow a conviction for making a false statement. Given that this offense is a felony, you could spend the rest of your life identified as a convicted felon. This could cost you're your right to vote or own a firearm.

Marry financially illiterate ities, be the poorer spouse in a divorce, and walk away with only 40% of debt you entered into the marriage with. Repeat until debt is infinitely close to 0. With ever divoce you will be reducing your debt by 60%, so it will never go to zero; same as radioactive half-life. For all practical purposes, works every time.
