No doctor in their right mind, morals or not, would have a patient tell them that they did coke multiple times, molly, and a hit of meth over the weekend and NOT refer them to an addiction specialist after doing actual in person tests on their body to make sure its not permanently damaged from those hard drugs. She blew off the doc visit if she even made one, which I doubt she did and just made up the visit because no doctor would schedule a visit for 6 PM at night...those are emergency hours, doctor visits are usually earlier in the morning, MAYBE in the early afternoon...
