You know it's fucking tiny when it's one of the few things Phil doesn't try to bullshit about with ridiculous exaggerations that are easily disproven, like his claims of having been a bodybuilder once, or his retarded college party story. Anything we discuss here that he never addresses in any way, not even to "debunk" and/or bitch about, you can count on it being something he's truly sensitive about.

when he was younger he researched methodes of penis enlargement :stress:

well, his christmas begathon was 2k if i remember correctly.

ima say 2k again but who knows. he asked for 2k back then when he was making all that extra money that he isnt now
Just like he doubled the tips goal to make up for lost income, he would likely boost up the goal for that begathon as well. Whether or not he'd actually demand more than 4k, is not entirely out of the question.

Phil playing fast and loose with plans for the marathon today on prestsream. A few notes from today to remember when that tips goal goes up on the 14th...
- As of May 8th, Phil said he needed to raise 'a certain amount' for his federal back tax payment, and his mortgage payment
- He still will not give an amount on these two bills, even though there is no way he does not know what these are (a throwback to when he insisted he had no idea what his tax payments were, they don't tell you until the day they're due)
- Phil said that his mortgage bill is due on the 15th, the same day that Twitch pays him, but he notes that they 'sometimes pay him earlier'
- He is now flatly asserting that Twitch won't pay him and refused to respond (they told him to contact legal so this is a retcon)
- He doesn't say this, but he will either know by the 14th, or the 17th if he got paid by Twitch or not, and the mortgage bill is likely bumped to the 17th because it's not going to be due on a Saturday, so he has placed this marathon exactly at the last moment before he knows if he actually needs it or not
- Phil curiously says that if he hits all the tip goals, he will be fine for his bills, but did not state how that will impact the goal for the marathon
- There are rumors that the music in Mass Effect may get claimed, so Phil is going to use the people who get to play it first (the shills, you'll recall he called them) to see if they complain about getting demonetized, and then decide from there if the whole marathon will have no Mass Effect music. Because he needs every possible penny from this event
- Phil said he is hoping to have BTTV running for the marathon. He has deliberately left this ambiguous for weeks and said he wouldn't do it until he is sure he is staying on Twitch, but has suddenly announced it for the marathon. He is now using it to try and bait support from regular paypigs in addition to the whales that turn up for events

I have to say, that in all the time I've watched Phil, this marathon is the most obvious scam he has ever run. He has no excuse for why he doesn't know the actual amount required to pay these bills, he is already asking for thousands in cash leading up to it, and he has strategically placed it before his bills will be due, on exactly the day necessary for him to claim ignorance as to if Twitch is paying him, even if they then actually do. He has tried to do everything he can so that he lines himself up for an absolutely massive payday with no clearly defined limit, and before he even knows if its as 'necessary' as he says.

I'm just curious if he will say, by the 17th, if Twitch also paid him, or if that question will be as banned as basic math.

So the only bill from the first to the 15th is his mortgage as he has already listed his other bills after the 20th. The federal tax payment for current year is estimated, as the total due won't be known until the end of the year when income taxes are done. Since we know what his yearly taxes kinda are, his monthly contribution would be around $1250 or $3750 quarterly if he decided to pay it that way.

He was pretty specific that this is his the payment for his back taxes. This was likely the fixed plan negotiated by his tax guy to cover the taxes Phil failed to pay for last year, so he knows exactly what it will cost him.

Based on how this has played out, I sincerely doubt he is making any quarterly tax payments towards this year's taxes. Phil is using the payment plan as a credit card and is planning to always be one year behind on his taxes, even if he could afford to pay them.

He stated on 4/20 that the monthly 'federal tax bill' was due (I wrote them down as he stated them). He was paying $500/month to the irs before the begruptcy. I have no doubt a real tax attorney or even a CPA told him to make sure he was paying quarterly at the least. That would be almost $2k/month right there.

We will never know through Phil, whether Twitch pays him or not. He will 100% say they didn't, even if they did. Phil knows how to maximize his e-begging.

I believe if he gets paid by Twitch on the 15th, he will either play ignorant and memoryhole the payment like he always did or he'll say that the info is "none of your fucking business", banning anyone who asks in both situations.
If Phil is serious about crying wolf at that point and framing twitch as this evil scummy mega corporation by not paying him (if he's lying and knows they actually did pay him) then they should just ban the roach outright at that point, he's outright accusing them of something they didn't do and it creates this false precedent which might give twitch this temporary PR setback that they might have to deal with if too many of his wheelchair fans turn into an actual "hate army" this time around and accuse Twitch in criminal behaviour, whether its by sending mass support tickets out or tweeting at them like a bunch of ignorant twats that feel for Phil's lie

Regardless, If that actually ends up happening, Phil has entirely lost any sort of relevance that he had on that site, and twitch have bigger fish to fry, so it would literally just end up him shouting into the void, not leaving the site that didn't end up paying him, and still using their platform like the bitch that he is, and the roach goes off and begs some more.

Yeah, that's what I said, if he doesn't get paid he will just tell the truth and say he didn't get paid, but if he actually gets paid he will just pretend nothing happened and ban anyone questioning. Its Phil but I don't think he's stupid enough to lie about not being paid in this case.

I think if he does get it, he'll deny it at first, but in typical Phil fashion, he'll slip up a few days later. Probably during the next begathon he does where he'll say something like his Twitch payment was so much smaller because he lost his partnership halfway through, then he'll call anyone a moron who tries to call him out before banning them. And, if he doesn't get it, we'll be able to tell by how salty he is claiming they're breaking the law or whatever.
