I went on le 4chinz today on the shitter and opened up /fit/ and it was just thread after thread of

This isnt shitposting. This is the culture of the board. And it's like this on every fitness forum. I don't remember it ever being this bad.
What went so fucking wrong?

Its the culture of doom scrolling, people see what they want, and will put keep themselves places that have fellow minded individuals to the point of only making topics about how unfortune they are just to get that rush of attention, or only read negative things to achieve the euphoria that the world is ending, even though it's all in their head.
Look no further than Qanon or incels, they're like self perpetuating destruction with no form of leadership just a massive snowball of posters who feed off one another so sure that the worst is happening or going to happen, any dissenting opinions to the contrary are met with "Shill" "False flag" "Read this poorly sourced study about sub 8 males!" "ur just a normie you wouldn't understand".etc.etc.etc
Obviously I don't have to make the reddit example but I'm sure you've seen the same level of echo chamber that site produces.
I firmly believe Doom scrolling culture has lowered the average IQ of discussion on just about every place on the internet, not everyone is like this of course but the worst of them seem to be the most vocal.

It always struck me that the culture of /r9k/ was always made of people who were aimless and lacked a purpose in life. People on that board can't even describe the appeal of it to anyone who doesn't use it. Its more or less a purgatory for lost souls.

Due to changes in the way the internet is used and the way people have grown up with technology, now the whole world is like that. Lost and wandering around an empty world, not knowing what we want or even if we want anything, with no true identity to speak of because that sort of thing doesn't exist anymore.

In 2016 4chan was bored with calling airstrikes on ISIS and revived an elder god of chaos in order to elect a meme president to fight against pedophiles.

It's true that although this shadow war was never discussed openly, that record number of pedo networks were shut down.

It even invigorated numerous european protests and freedom from EU movements.

However pedophile cabals do not sit by idly and let their entire powerstructure be dismantled, so they went all in on a plan that used some of the preliminary work done by the Gates foundation.

Since islamic terrorists could no longer be the terror threat of choice, since people concerned with it flocked to anti-EU parties in europe and to anti-war candidates in America, they needed a new way to terrorize the public and they deployed it with remarkable skill.

People are forced to stay home, keep distance from their loved ones and stop their religious group activities. It's to control their lives and attack their sanity.

But at it's core it's this: 4chan invaded politics, and then politics retaliated and made every retard invade 4chan. It forced everyone to live the neet lifestyle without any of the years of experience. With a critical mass ignorant and not so paranoid about shilling, they no longer have to pay shareblue autists to shill; now everyone does it. For free.
