Conrad Aaron Collins / Diginée / Digibro / Digibrony / Otaku Gonzo Journalism & the Pro Crastinators Podcast - Pedophile, Two-Faced Weeaboo Ponyfag Youtube Analyst Who Wants to be a Loli + Drama, Friends & Enemies

Mumkey's friends were being a dick to Endless Jess(who honestly I'm a fan of so I'm biased) and Digi took Jess saying he didnt want to work with Mumkey anymore as an ultimatum so he made it into a mumkey vs jess thing against Jess's will that led to the pcp voting mumkey out, which was pretty much pointless since jess wanted a break from the internet anyways so he was barely on the podcast after that. then digi and mumkey were supposed to finish there side podcast anyways, ISMA, but digi pussied out so they never did. Then they jsut passive agressively flung shit at each other for the next few years.
From what i remember wasnt it a bunch of 17 year olds making lighthearted jokes? Seeing as all the pcp members dislike mumkey i find it more belivable that they all hated him as a person but were to passive to kick him off until an excuse presented itself.
Slightly bad news; on the latest "SHEKELS 4 HECKLES", hosted by Ben Saint and Gibbontake yesterday (6 May 2021), 3:30:34-3:31:47, Ben replied to a comment from his live chat (see attached); Ben, after telling Mumkey Jones that no one else on the PCP wanted him on to talk about Conrad, suggested that just the two of them could talk about the topic together. Mumkey, however, does not want to talk about Conrad, he just wants to be on the PCP again; to which Ben, rightfully so, is confused as to why Mumkey wants to even bother having a talk if Conrad is not going to discussed ("it's like poetry, it rhymes"; elegantly put, Ben). Ben didn't know how to respond and still has yet to; he thinks he probably won't bother at all.

BASED Saint may be a Commie, but he knows how to best capitalise on creating content (calling a discussion now on Conrad as the "natural thing") for an interested audience. What was the point of Mumkey gloating at Conrad's downfall with his "how the turntables" tweet if doesn't want to collaborate with a fellow ex-friend and now bitter enemy of Conrad's on the very topic? Very disappointing, Mumkey, I guess you ought to stick to downing ZzzQuil for content instead of blueballing us like this.
Maaan that fucking sucks. I tought Mumkey atleast would apricate the art of stirring the pot.
fuck that is sad, he must still be suicidal if that's a positive direction to him
You got to wonder if hes just that lonely these days that he craves social interaction even tough they all dislike him or if its him trying to hold on to the past. Either way its really sad and shows that Mumkey hasnt grown as a person at all for these last two years and instead has regressed.

The girls in K-ON! are too old to be called lolis, I think the real reason is something he brought up a lot in like 2017 along the lines of "I see me and my friends in the main cast of K-ON!" I remember this being an idea he came up with as a "Ha ha isn't this a funny coincidence" but going by this thinking:
Digi never cared about the artist's original vision, he preferred to force his personal bullshit onto every show even back when his career as a critic was in its peak. He sees himself in every show and then he rates it based on his delusions. I remember him hyping up the mediocre ass show that was Girlish Number as anime of the year some years ago just because he was feeling jaded and cynical towards light novels and the show took a similar stance. That show was rightfully forgotten. Then he hyped up Stop! Hibari-kun, some shitty unknown anime from the 80s about a tranny, just because he was trooning himself. He saw himself in Shinji, a depressed faggot, so NGE became his favorite anime overnight. Now Shirobako is his current favorite due to his delusions about being a studio producer. I don't know what he saw in K-ON back in the day, but I'm sure he projected himself in that case as well.
It might just be that his identifying himself and his friends with the K-ON! cast was the reason it was his favourite to begin with. Or maybe it's just because if you like slice of life anime K-ON! is a very good one. He never learned to appreciate Non non biyori though...

Hate to explain the joke but Digi wants to be a loli. Are the girls from K-on Lolis? Debatable Apparently, I think they're 15. That's kinda Young.

But yeah, you are 100% correct. I can't remember where exactly but Digi not only explained that he and his friends from the PCP are the girls from K-on. I believe he assigned characters to the other members. I remember this because he was very emotional thinking that Gib was Azusa. I might be wrong but If i remember correctly Digi was Yui.

Although i don't remember when Yui started smoking a lot of weed, Burned bridges with all her friends and started to hang out with a bunch of losers. Became homeless and now pretends she lives in an imaginary RV. But that might have been in the Manga, i'm not sure.

Jfc, imagine being worse at art than fucking CHRIS CHAN. Wtf is this??? Side note: Digi’s posted drawn art before this and for some reason it always looks demented and like total shit
Digi's art is an interesting insight into his deteriorating psyche. He's posted stuff all throughout his career and while I wouldn't say he was ever "good" he was at least decent...could draw straight lines, proper shapes and faces, recognisable and coherent aesthetic, and so on. Non-disturbing imagery. Y'know stuff that didn't look like it belongs in an evidence lockup to decide whether a schizophrenic can be taken to court as a murderer or an insane person.

I feel like he might intentionally just be going for that look, as cringy and edgy as that sounds.

If anyone is wondering if they should watch the 3 hour kino video, I’d say it’s a skip unless you actually want movie recs from Kino Corner (Digibro recommends the same few anime he always has). The one interesting thing from this video (if you’re an old Digibro fan) is Digi and Shirobako. It seems he had rewatched Shirobako sometime in the beginning of his transgender arc, and he liked it so much that it jumped to his #1 and he claims it gave him the idea of quitting his YouTube career to become a studio producer and start YGG """studio""" (the main cute girl works as a production assistant at a studio). So his terrible and life-ruining career decisions he got from an anime lol.
(For autists like me keeping track, his favorites history is something like k-on 2014-2019, NGE 2019-2020, Shirobako 2020-2021)
I think 3-gatsu no Lion (March Comes In like a Lion) would at least be Conrad's favourite for 2020 (maybe not in 2021 with Shirobako instead), as he rated it his #1 top anime from the 2010s, with Shirobako at #4 [EDIT: K-On! was rated #3, though he does call it his "absolute favourite anime of all time"]:

He even considered it a candidate for the greatest anime of all time.

It's curious that he took inspiration from Shirobako to become a studio producer instead of continuing to be an analyst, as the main character, Aoi Miyamori, has to deal with the hellish stress of fulfilling the expectations of her work as a production manager, with her work schedule often being 24/7. While Conrad might argue that Miyamori was content with the demands of such a job as it allowed her to fulfil her longstanding dream of actively participating in the anime industry and being partly responsible for completed anime series for syndication, Miyamori was never a creator; she did not write, draw storyboards, voice act (albeit briefly), nor illustrate. Conrad, however, not only wants to be a producer but also wants to be a:
a) Writer
b) Rapper
c) Still produce anime analysis (but as a shadow of his former self from his days as Digibro)
Thing is, I thought Riley was the "Executive Producer"; where does Conrad fit in as a producer in such a small studio as well?
3-gatsu no Lion would be a more relatable anime for Conrad, considering its main character, Rei Kiriyama, is anyone who has felt, in his own words, "exiled, depressed and unwanted, especially while harbouring any talent that is supposed to make you happy". Then again, I suspect Conrad missed the whole point of the series, as Kiriyama continues to embrace and excel with shogi, despite his hardships, while Conrad practically gave up on anime analysis and trooned out instead in a haze of self-destructive heavy drug-use.

Also, it appears Ygg Studio was the brainchild of not only Conrad (Founder/CEO/Lead Project Manager, Baroness "Digi-née" Grey) but May (CFO/SEO/Project Manager, "May "Digibro" Mark"; I thought her surname is Morris) as well, according to this website, "Ygg Studio", https://ygg-studio.webnode.com/
Archived links:

I have no idea how old the website is (and how authentic it even is); I suppose at least c. mid-2020, if Conrad is calling himself "Digi-née" and May was then "Digibro". Perhaps Conrad planned to go with Ygg Studio way back in 2020 but maybe May put her foot down, as she knew his anime analysis videos were bringing home the bacon?

I take it Conrad always owned and still 100% owns his main Youtube channel, now "Ygg Studio", but was Ygg Studio (as a company), at one point, a 50/50 thing with Digi and May? Who exactly owns Ygg Studio now, is it 25/25/25/25 Conrad, Riley, Bird and MintSalad?

Schizophrenia was his favorite self-diagnosed mental illness at some point earlier in the troon arc. But then he suddenly decided that trooning out made him the healthiest he has ever been, So I see no reason for him to intentionally cultivate that image now. But then again there is something wrong with his head in some way so who knows what he thinks.

So are these guys like homeless now?
The only footage we've seen of them from the past month or so has all been from Riley or digis car. We know digi was getting kicked out of his house and they aren't driving back to that house (going as far as to sell everything they owned to try to cover some costs). They could very well be staying with Digi or Rileys family, sleeping on the campgrounds and hotels but they lost that house for sure, and they seem to have no intent to get a new one.

still wonder where they are heading. Are they trying to hang out near/at victor's place in virginia or are they 100% vagrants now? If the latter, I don't see them lasting much longer 1-2 months tops.

I just realized "Ygg" is a reference to "Egg", the idea of "your egg cracking (realizing your trans).
It's a reference to the Yggdrasil, a sacred tree from old Norse cosmology with three deep roots that extend far lengths.

Conrad's Ygg Studio evokes the Yggdrasil in its logo, as does a Brazilian/Portuguese Youtube channel with the exact same name ("YGG Studios") (I think this is their Soundcloud), as well as a US-based consulting agency, "Ygg Studios". The earliest example I can find of Conrad using the Yggdrasil (shortened as "Ygg", for "Ygg Studio: Way of Ever-Branching Paths") as the name for his business appears to be as early as c. mid-late 2020 with a website he and May created, assuming it is authentic.

The Brazilian/Portuguese Youtube channel dates back to 19 October 2020; the earliest blog post entry for the US-based consulting agency website is 26 January 2018; updated 11 February 2019.

There is also a Korean video-game developer, "YGGDRASIL STUDIO"; their Twitter, which was created in December 2013.

[EDIT: Also this German Twitter account, "Yggdrasil Studio" (@ygg_studio), joined Twitter in November 2018, whose profile description, in German, states: "Just a few people who think they can make decent videos"; courtesy of Google Translate]

(See also my previous post on this logo):
Also, I know Ygg Studio stole their logo from a Portuguese or Brazilian company; does this other US-based company, "Ygg Studios", which is older than c. 2021 (when Conrad's Ygg Studio started), know that its name and even its black & white contrast tree logo (based on the Yggdrasil, a sacred tree from old Norse cosmology) is being ripped off by Conrad and his gang? It's apparently run by someone called "Spencer Schluter". [EDIT: forgot to provide link: https://www.yggstudios.com/; it's earliest entry on its blog is from 11 February 2019: https://www.yggstudios.com/post/foundingyggstudios]
[EDIT 2: I'm late on that one; the_watcher already found https://www.yggstudios.com/]

Additionally, Conrad planned an unfinished (what a surprise) "visual novel" called "Yggdrasil's Panopticon", which he went into detail about in one of his Patreon podcasts. It was a romance that had something to do with a loli (once again, no surprise there) who could see all of time or something like that. He composed music for it everything, but it never saw the light of day.
The Patreon leak Mega link expired unfortunately, else I would link it here. If anyone else has a Mega of the Patreon shit, a link would be much appreciated.

LIVE Q and A: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQvT7m2qsRg

Apparently Digi is looking to streaming as a source of funding for their 'change of lifestyle.' I think the gist is that they are currently stalled for lack of cash and planning to occasionally set up in hotel rooms (such as this pilot run) to gather the resources to use for the next excursion.

From what I remember, Azusa was supposed to be disciplined and studious. She was the only one in their band who was actually talented at playing her instrument of choice. This is opposed to Hippo, who seems to be a double-digit IQ yesman with no particular talents.

This is kind of a tangent, but some gay and/or trans people have tried to adopt some kind of imagery from pre-Christian Europe as part of their identities. The idea is that Christianity invented or popularized anti-gay sentiments, and overthrew a bunch of societies that were tolerant of gay people. People who read serious ancient history texts know this is not remotely correct. Most societies, at any point in time, were very antipathetic towards gays.

According to the Roman historian Tacitus, Northern Europeans/Germanic tribes executed homosexuals by drowning them in bogs. Now it is unclear whether the proper translation for this act that people were executed for is gay behavior (probably means "gay sex") or just acting effeminate, but either way, it is a culture that is very intolerant towards the kind of stuff that Conrad and his gang are into. But Conrad knows nothing of any significance, Ygg just means, like, Vikangs or something. What a moron.

I left in the background the Q&A thing while doing some stuff for about 20 minutes. Mostly nothing important happened aside from Digi saying something about the Khantehnt! situation that is gonna be in a future video. Took a couple of screenshots of Billy talking about the RV in chat. He's clearly memeing the whole thing, but still not a single sign of having an RV. The fact that they're at a friend's house making a 3 hour long livestream encouraging superchats makes me wonder how fucked their money situation is. Also at one point Digi confirmed they don't have a house anymore.

It was a really weird analogy that had to do with the fact that he's not from the same country as the rest of the PCP members. While the rest of the girls graduate from Highschool at the end of the series, Azusa still needs to do another year. I kinda want to search for what video it was to remember it better. I think it was after one of the Radcons, but i'm not so sure.
