Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I suppose I should actually look up to see if he has done anything.
FiveThirtyEight - Tracking Congress In The Age Of Trump—it does a great job tracking his voting habits.

Here's Liz Cheney's too: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/congress-trump-score/liz-cheney/

Kinzinger, back when Trump was first elected in 2017, voted heavily in favor of him back during his tenure in the 115th Congress. The only non-partisan vote was when he voted for sanctions to be placed on Iran, North Korea, and Russia. Back then here, our usual bunch on A&H would have definitely called him a Trump asskisser.

In the Congress, his votes would drift more apart, but he still held close to most of the partisanship. He even voted against the first impeachment. However, he did block the Syria withdrawal. The current Congress, as President Trump prepared to left office, he completely opposed election challenges and voted to impeach the President. Overall, it's hard as fuck to track when the guy broke away from Trump.

He even supported the Soleimani assassination:
killed a man responsible for hundreds of thousands of death in #Syria and elsewhere, including Americans in Iraq. Let’s see how long the #blameAmerica left takes to make him look like a poor victim.
- @RepKinzinger, Jan. 2, 2020
Mess with the bull, get the horns. If true, nice call
@realDonaldTrump
- @RepKinzinger, Jan. 2,, 2020
I feel that he might be hawkish given his votes for sanctions.

After calling Trump’s civil war tweet ‘beyond repugnant,’ Adam Kinzinger is only GOP rep left off president’s Illinois reelection team. Even after this (Oct. 02, 2019), he still fell mostly in line. He was probably looking for a way out to finally be the [independent] "Republican" who even criticizes Trump.

The guy is in a safe district, and given that this was also the big Ukrainegate "scandal" part of the Trump-era, he was finding again finding means to play some politics. He failed bigly considering the he made this tweet over Trump retweeting a guy saying civil war will come if they try to remove him from office:
I have visited nations ravaged by civil war. @realDonaldTrump
I have never imagined such a quote to be repeated by a President. This is beyond repugnant. https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1178477539653771264

All and all, it's hard to track down the precise moment in which he broke away from Trump. I'd agree with NeoGAF in surmising that Cheney is an op. But Kinzinger is a scrub playing politics or he seriously, along with other RINOs, bought into the whole "Polls show that Trump is deeply unpopular" agenda, and the election "loss' sold them like suckers. The current results he's getting out of this "Country First PAC" makes believe the latter more.

Why the fuck are there always RINOs but no DINOs. Like there was no democrat in the Obama era who stood up to Obama from the house. It's the same now with Biden where they don't try to stand up to Joe.

Idk about the Federal level, but Mayor Mike Duggan of Detroit is definitely a DINO. He's still not a hardcore Drumpfler, but we also got Jeff Van Drew in NJ to switch parties after being the only Democrat to vote against the first impeachment.

Because the party controls the primary election process. You'll probably get defeated by a rude bartender if you step out of line.

You kind of need to have a party line to betray to have a RINO, a hard thing to achieve when your politics literally change by the hour.

Vernon Jones is another, though he switched parties like Jeff Van Drew. He's going to primary Brian Kemp for Georgia governor. These guys are certainly more the exception than the rule.

It's likely a combination of the Republicans intended to be graceful losers and that OBiden Bama are very much in the uniparty, and the uniparty will not eat their own. The RINOs will gladly throw anybody who doesn't play the uniparty game under the bus just to resume their graceful loser role.

They do, they just call them either "Progressives" if they go too far to the left or "Blue Dog Democrats" if they go too far to the right. The latter is nearly destroyed, and the former is the primary candidate. They work slightly differently though, RINOs are all about maintaining a status quo in which the rich get richer and the ordinary citizen can go fuck themselves while they get sent off to new foreign wars. The progressives meanwhile seek to supplant the status quo and go for communism.

This isn't about taking heat OFF Biden, it's about a very real fear that heat is going to come TO Biden if the Republican party fully embraces Trumpian Populism.
Did Trump really do that much damage to RINOs in only four years?
43 out of 50 Republicans voted to not convict Trump and in the House, like probably 9 or 10 republicans out of 200 decided Trump was guilty. They a big minority, a bigger minority than the Bernie crowd after 2016.
That was after they realized they'd lose their seats when their constituents see them backstabbing Trump in political theater.
Peral Harbor 2.0 incoming?
LMAO, why the fuck did Liz Cheney get elevated to the third highest position in the House GOP in 2019 despite only being in office since 2017? These idiots did it to themselves by letting someone so unqualified shoot up so quickly, if this was supposedly the new Trumpist GOP and all. This all feels like gay ops anyway with Cheney being as quiet as a church mouse from January 3, 2017 through January 6, 2021 but now she’s an anti-Trump firebrand. If she’s enough to cause the GOP to fracture, then the party was in dire straits, which I think it is anyway. This Kabuki Theatre of Neocons vs Pseudopopulists has been tiresome these last five years.
Because we have to ensure political dynasties continued existence even if they serve no purpose. Apparently Dick Cheney was a genius in 2021 now because he was never rightfully mocked as being an idiot by the media for sure.

It's a wonder the Dems haven't publicly fractured yet with all the catering to "Progressives". I suppose Biden needs all the unity he can get however.

Not... really. They kinda did it to themselves.

Normal voters really liked Trump. The man had/has stupid high in party enthusiasm. Then the RINOs, who nobody liked to begin with, decided to go full Orange Man Bad. This galvanized those republican voters against them. So now we reach now, where that movement to embrace Trump's ideals is now happily stabbing the RINO's repeatedly and potentially changing the Republicans from controlled opposition to ACTUAL opposition.

The thing is, they have. The Democratic Establishment is forced to Kow Tow to the left in order to maintain any form of cohesive voting block. Do you think Pelosi or Schumer actually give two solitary fucks about the Green New Deal? And it cost them at the ballot box, they only narrowly tied the Senate in an election they on paper should have sweeped and lost house seats. So far, they have avoided a total blowup by having Trump as a unifying force, but that no longer exists and now the Progressives and Establishment are constantly sniping back and forth, and the remaining Blue Dogs actively work against their agenda. See, Manchin refusing to budge on the filibuster.

I am glad the Republicans lost Georgia and I hope they continue to lose. The Democrats are a mess, the Republicans are a mess and America is getting what it deserves.

Vote for someone different, faggots. You were on the right track with Trump and then let the media and political class (people you know are not acting in your best interest) scare you into voting for them again.

Stupid!!

Statement by Press Secretary Jen Psaki on the Occasion of the United States Joining the Christchurch Call to Action to Eliminate Terrorist and Violent Extremist Content Online

MAY 07, 2021 • STATEMENTS AND RELEASES
Today the United States announced that it will join the Christchurch Call to Action to Eliminate Terrorist and Violent Extremist Content Online, a global pledge by member governments and technology partners to work together to address terrorist and violent extremist content online.
Countering the use of the internet by terrorists and violent extremists to radicalize and recruit is a significant priority for the United States. Joining the coalition of governments and companies that have endorsed the Christchurch Call to Action reinforces the need for collective action.
The United States applauds language in the Christchurch Call emphasizing the importance of respecting human rights and the rule of law, including the protection of freedom of expression. In joining the Christchurch Call, the United States will not take steps that would violate the freedoms of speech and association protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, nor violate reasonable expectations of privacy.
The United States looks forward to participating in the Christchurch Call Second Anniversary virtual summit on May 14.

This only makes sense if you are of the opinion that the 2020 election wasn't stolen. Since the alternative is that "We did vote for Trump, they cheated".

What even is the point of this when we already have the drooling, retard faggots at the CIA and FBI monitoring sites like this for glow-posting?

I know already, it's a rhetorical question. Fuck these idiots, no amount of censorship is going to drive people to take your shitty booster shot or eat the bugs.

He’s hardly an idiot. He’s absolutely a monster, inarguably one of the worst this country’s ever produced in terms of sheer number of corpses, but never an idiot. Did we ever get a concrete number on how many civilians died in our little tantrum over there? It was something unconscionable that time I looked. All because of Haliburton.

"nor violate reasonable expectations of privacy"
Souless ginger cunt, no one with a brain thinks we even have "privacy" anymore, the king nigger leader that the current Resident in Chief considers his cool black friend made sure of that.

They did cheat, but the election wasn't stolen. The public was lied to and misled for years into reelecting the estaishment warmongers. But the cheating didn't sway the results. That said, the cheating by establishment politicians does need to be dealt with.

But a far greater problem is the establishment collusion with the media. They can lie with impunity and cover up anything they would like. The media was able to spin US generals lying to President Trump to keep troops in Syria as a good thing, and not as treason.

Election meddling is a problem but the dishonest, colluding press are far more effective and therefore more pressing an issue to wrangle.

Not getting your coof shot is terrorism now? Sorry feds, not getting jabbed by an experimental booster shot even if you hold me at gunpoint.

It's just legalese to say that it doesn't violate the Fourth Amendment, which is bullshit because demanding that an ISP hand over all IP domains a person went to doesn't violate the Fourth Amendment.
