More good covid news recently, it looks like this shit is finally crumbling assuming you aren't trapped in a blue state hellhole.

Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte has signed legislation effectively invalidating local mask mandates and other virus-related public health measures that counties and cities have adopted in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Source

Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon (R) issued a directive on Friday barring state officials from requiring people to receive a Chinese coronavirus vaccine before they use state property or services. Source

I've lost count of the number of states that have effectively ended all corona bullshit. The number of states that have already passed legislation banning vaccine passports or are in the process of doing so is continuing to climb as well.

I think with it becoming clear the vaccine passports will never happen (in the US) most people will choose not to get the vaccines going forward and the demand for china virus vaccines will stall out at with whatever numbers we made it to now. We've passed peak vaccine. Blue states will drag their feet, but the rest of us will carry on with life.

If you are considering the vaccine solely because of fears about it being required, I would hold off for at least a few more months and see how this shakes out. It may end up being necessary for a few years on the world stage in some countries, but it is unlikely to get much traction here in the US.

I agree, everyone should do their own research and decide if the vaccine is right for them. Don't listen to Kiwifarms, /pol/, some stupid internet blog, Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump, CNN, Joe Biden, Tony Fauci, or the CDC or your country's equivalent of those. Figure it out for yourself, and ask your doctor if you need help, but be aware even your doctor might have a bias. This isn't a left or right matter, it's a common sense matter, and nobody should ever oppose a policy because the other political team supports it.

I am very worried this vaccination campaign will cripple other vaccination efforts based on tested and proven vaccines like the MMR or whooping cough vaccine. We are giving the antivax movement endless fuel which will cause outbreaks of far more deadly diseases than COVID-19. Remember, the MMR vaccine is completely safe (the mercury compound in it was removed several years ago) and lasts for decades. Same with practically every vaccine anyone born after 1990 got as a kid. There will be a huge resurgence of measles and other diseases thanks to nonsensical fears about vaccines, when the only vaccine to question is this one.

I really do hope someone opposed to the COVID-19 vaccines comes out and explains this, because there are severe consequences to infants, the elderly, and immunocompromised if not. And I would recommend you stay up to date on your shots for these diseases. Typically immunity fades after a few decades, especially for whooping cough, so you might want to tell your grandparents to get vaccinated.

For me, my problem is that the majority of people don't need the vaccine. We are playing with fire if we do thanks to the fact that it's non-sterilizing and we're rolling the dice for a coronavirus strain of similar or greater lethality to emerge within the next few years. My own personal problem is that I'm healthy and I'd rather use my own immune system which has a statistically certain guarantee of survival. I literally have a greater risk of being struck by lightning and suffering the effects of that than I do from a COVID-19 infection. I have zero reason to get the vaccine, especially since the evidence shows the vaccine is just as risky as the virus for me (and everyone else who is healthy and under 40).

I don't either, because it's blatantly wrong. I believe it's very possible to put microchips in a vaccine, but it's still too expensive to roll out to the public, ESPECIALLY the sort of microchip connected to the internet they can use to GPS trace you. All of that, especially the latter, is just a fap fantasy for the global elite.

That's why I believe that's a bunch of stuff for the next "pandemic", which almost certainly will be something like this one or a slightly worse than normal flu like swine flu (and lord help us if it isn't and is a legit "bodies in the street" event). This is a dry run for the real scamdemic and the true start of the Great Reset, since the technology isn't there yet to track us at all times. But make no mistake, they want that and they probably will get it. It's very convenient for them that instead of showing an ID, you are literally implanted with your ID.

I think the "coronavirus is 5G" or "the vaccine is a sterilization plan/has microchips/will literally kill you dead" stuff is pure nonsense and potentially disinformation being spread by the global elite as misinformation and to use as strawman arguments. We are very lucky the Christmas Day bomber in Nashville just spouted shit about reptilians and 5G and not the virus, or else they'd be using him as an example to punish anyone who dissents like they did with Unite the Right or the Capitol Peaceful Protest.

Can't wait to see when Harvard starts punishing students who are all vaccinated for going to a party, when meanwhile the entire campus has under 10 cases of covid. I'm sure students who have given up 2 years of their high school lives will really love the hovering hand of the Harvard administration spanking them when they decide that they're adults with no statistical risk and can thus do normal adult things, like gather together without wearing masks.

Maybe there are some leftover Puritans who are happy that they have an excuse to tell people not to party. It probably killed the hookup culture at least.

Stories like this really need to be appreciated as foreshadowing for the world we're likely to be living in for the foreseeable future, even in red states. It's not like an opinion piece like that consists of organic thoughts cooked up by some neutral intellectuals who were pondering these issues one day for no reason. The Washington Post is one of the ruling regime's mouthpieces, and they are telling you to get your jab, peasants, or prepare to get tossed into the fucking outer darkness to starve. After all, it's perfectly legal!

Even if governments relax their grip on us over the virus (though I don't see what incentive they have to do so), there are legions of fully indoctrinated fanatics like JimmyNugget who will basically never renounce their beliefs and will support any level of societal oppression of non-believers. They will invariably try to emotionally coerce people into being rule-following house niggers like themselves by labeling nonconformists as murderers who are a menace to their virus cult. If that doesn't work, they'll gladly go running to daddy policeman or corporate enforcers to make the bad people suffer, like the execrable cowards they are.

Wade’s article published at Medium is most impressive; it’s quite long and technical in places, but if you don’t want to read the whole thing, you can go down to the section headed “Where We Are So Far” and within that section read "4. The US Role in Funding the Wuhan Institute of Virology” and then the “Conclusion." Or, you could read Wade’s shorter article in the New York Post supporting the theory that the virus leaked from the Wuhan lab, and was not transmitted from bats at a wet market.

A scholarly paper written by five people, four of them from MIT, one from Wellesley College, takes a skeptical look at skeptics of the mask mandates and has a hard time condemning them as much as the authors clearly want to. Nevertheless, in their conclusion, they write of "horrifying ends" achieved by people using scientific inquiry by the book.

That came from the "pregnant women shouldn't get the vaccine" and "the spike protein produced by the mRNA therapies are very similar to placental proteins." In other words it took evidence to come out to drive that line. The Coronavirus is 5G and microchips ones fell out into the wild almost immediately and from the usual sectors of "totally organic conspiracy groups that definitely aren't infested with feds."
