Some common words and phrases that dsp is infamous for using will be used today during pre stream regarding Dexetero

-slander
-libel
-I'd sue them if I could but I have no money
-if they did ten seconds of research

Feel free to add your own.
-picking on the little guy
-they're knowingly lying about me
-it's not begging it's business advertisement
-tipping is not mandatory
-just as I am about to get my life on track this happens

Is calling some thing slander risky ?
Couldn't some one take him to court to prove his talk of slander is in fact slander ?

"I did nothing wrong " won't over turn a guilty verdict .....
It would be pretty funny if a streamer who doesn't pull in 6 figures sued Phil after a decade of "you're lucky I can't afford to sue you," for a legit slander/defamation case.

Holy shit, I started getting bored of the partner arc and the gin tweets and sperging last night really brought it back for me.

I'm actually betting he'll go from a different angle - there was an episode of Moistcritikal's podcast with Fredrik Knudsen who did a video on DSP as a guest, and they talked about him and his e-begging shenanigans a while back. Someone cheered on one of his streams and said something along the lines of "hey DSP did you see a big Twitch streamer talked about you on his podcast with Fredrik Knudsen? What are your thoughts?" and when he read it he said "Uhhh this guy is talking about a podcast that I don't care about with some people I don't really care about but thanks for the 100 bits dood"

I'm banking it all on him going the same "NOBODY CARES DOOD!" angle but he'll probably still be unable to contain himself from ranting about it for 15 minutes on his prestream.

DSP was definitely lying last night when he said he wouldn't talk about Tevin on stream or engage with the drama today, but even if he wasn't, he's totally gonna take time from his stream now to dance on Tevin's grave if Tevin got b& from Twitter.

Can someone point a lost soul to all the context?
Go back about 10 pages and read.

Tevin getting banned from Twitter proves he's a nig criminal!
I have no idea why Twitch banned me I did nothing wrong!

Does Twitter police actions of its users on other platforms as well?
I think Twitter is the shoot first, ask questions later type of platform where you can effectively get any unverified (maybe verified too) user banned by mass reporting them, so he just got fucked by Paypigs mass reporting.

Defamation isn't illegal in of itself. It's regarded as a civil matter more than a criminal one.

If someone wanted to take Phil to court because he accuses them of slander/libel, then they could, but it'd be hard to justify any damages considering that Phil is such small-fry.
It would just be quicker to ban him from whatever platform and shut him up.

But if Phil wanted to sue Dexerto for libel? Well, the article is very well written in the sense that there is zero conjecture or opinion. Everything stated in the article is cited from either what Phil has said himself on stream or Twitter, or from what "commenters" have been criticising. I have no clue about law but I feel that the article is simply publishing external statements that are in the public domain, so I don't think Phil would have a leg to stand on.

Honestly if Tevin is making any kind of money on Twitch it wasnt very smart to poke the pig's nest. They dont like streamer criticizing each other as evidenced by phils timeout for making fun of that bluebeard homo. I still appreciate his efforts.
I agree to an extent, but it's not like DSP is in their favorable views right now. As Tevin said in the stream, not even being affiliate is basically Twitch telling you to fuck off. I think he said even streamers that average like 3 viewers a stream can get affiliate, showing how little they care about Dave right now lmao.

Most likely was Superhound. I don't recall him ever going anywhere.

I hope Phil catches wind of this. He has to.
The man has a got a fucking "gAyMeR nEwS" segment. A segment he uses as a vehicle to stall actual gAyMiNg. There is zero chance he doesn't catch wind of it but a non-zero chance he will lie about reading it.

When he got his departnering e-mail, he recited the entire thing to his stream down to the last period, and even gave the e-mail address it came from. But now he's acting like he received super duper accurate information that he won't get his last paycheck from Twitch. So... where did that information come from? Why wouldn't he share every detail about how he found that out?
Some really schizo, mental gymnastics that only actual retards would buy.

Something about a "2nd support ticket" he submitted that wasn't about the partnership termination but about, surprise surprise, whether or not he would be paid. He claimed that Twitch responded that "they don't know" (they don't) and the he needs to "contact the legal department".

He spun this into "what the fuck, dood. They said I have to contact the legal department about a legal matter because not paying him is UHLEEGUL and that probably means they won't pay me, guys".

He was very careful with the wording at first but as the days went on he got more and more bold with his wording and it led to the point where he said, flat out, that there would be NO payment from Twitch.

Now, excuse me, I have popcorn to pop.

Phil talking about Tevin and praising him was some the cringiest shit ever. He honestly believes he's some kind of Godfather giving his blessing.

I understand. You found paradise on Twitch. You had good streams, you have a lot of subs. Your viewers supported you and there was a lot of pahsitivity. And you didn't need forgiveness from me. But uh, now you come to me and you say "Don Burnellio, give me praise." But you don't send me an apology email. You don't offer a $1000 behind the scenes interaction. You don't even think to call me Goutfather. Instead, you make a toxic drama stream on the day that I am off work, and you ask me to let you keep being a Twitch partner after that.

We all know who the usual suspect is for this kinda thing.

canr wait to see Phil’s stance on it though, he knows Twitter DMCA is bullshit and easy to abuse, but I’m sure this time it was rational and just
