Yes it could possibly (likely) be true "most of her problems are caused by being fat" but people could extremely easily just say your fibro is somatic and a result of deconditioning. It’s part of a bunch of other videos where she’s talking about a “traumatic event” that caused her illnesses which was basically that she was tricked being a sex worker? Limited experience with tourette's, but in other echolalia-type things (where a person is "compelled" to repeat a word/phrase over and over), usually the intonation etc. of the phrase is very important. So you get someone saying whatever-it-is repeatedly in almost exactly the same way over and over. I've gotta assume it would be similar for tics...? But this girl is all over the place with her pronunciation/pitch/intonation. When she says "sorry" in that shitty British accent, it sounds completely different every time, not just different pitch but different intonation curves and everything...

Yes, tics and echolalia will favor the exact same pattern/innotation. So will stimming, in fact, which is an easy way to tell if people are faking the tism as well.

Amanda Baggs, a now dead lolcow, pretended to have severe autism. Except her stims were completely under her control, showing them off for videos, and she couldn't even keep the constant verbal stims... well... constant. Actual retards w verbal stims will be incredibly consistent, but fakers wont.
