OK so now Digibro's entire youtube career and his friends and friendship with them were a result of some sort of "character" played by Trixie Mistress B the Golden Witch of Ygg the Grey , an entity that didn't exist until a year ago, that was undiscovered becuase it had "depression" so now being a fan of Digi's work is akin to wanting thge new entity to become depressed again. Billy finds this all good and valid and everyone that doesn't understand just wants the Trixie entity to get sad again, becuase everything Conrad ever did up until 202 .
SO bascially, if you ever enjoyed digi's old content you are a transphobe that wants him to die. This is literally what Billy believes.

People rag on him because having a $5000 patreon to barely $800 in just over a year with that number continuing to tumble and fall is completely and utterly embarrassing. Ben Saint failing to take off is also a problem, but plateauing at $350 is at least more consistent than burning your own fanbase down out of laziness. Digi isn't rebuilding, he is disintegrating.

As insufferable as Ben Saint can often be, at least he has integrity as an artist, and is able to maintain a consistent brand.
Personally, I'm not really a fan of his work (the MLP stuff is pretty cringe imo), but I can respect that he works hard at his craft and doesn't half-ass everything.
After drawing comics for the better part of a decade, I think he's accepted that he's hit his peak of success in his niche instead of blaming his lack of success on his audience.

He's even been doing it in Digi's YouTube comment section, is he just trying to alienate digi's viewers at this point. This is Riley's Dick show fan boying showing, Dick does the same thing when confronted with a contradiction in his character. He simply says it's not his real take, but this works a hell of a lot better for a guy doing a comedy podcast saying silly things, then it does Digi. If he hadn't tried his own version of Ideaguying Chris-chan in encouraging the latter in his Dimensional Merge delusions (after previously stating he's the type of Christorian who wishes to only observe Chris-Chan from afar, without personally interfering), he wouldn't even deserve his own (admittingly small length) thread on this website.
Otherwise, yes, Ben Saint is indeed dangerously BASED, perhaps always (at least for a while now); he previously refused to kick Mumkey Jones out of the PCP crew and stood up for his brother Nate over Conrad's bullshit behaviour of abandoning their joint project to go on a road-trip in the Prom King's Barbie Dream vansion.

Half of them do, however, encourage him to rag on Conrad & Co. (especially Riley) about the RV or lack of. If only he spent less time there and online in general and more time instead on his art work (which is still superior to what Riley has ever achieved; even Mint Salad is more on Ben's level) maybe his Patreon would even surpass Conrad's (at this rate, it wouldn't be a too hard thing to achieve).
