How many people have gotten sore arms because the nurse has been giving jabs all day, and is at this point eyeballin it?

Goddamnit. The incidence values around here have been dropping below 100 recently, meaning that there would be lifting of restrictions. And there are, outdoor dining is allowed, and contact-free indoor sports! The latter made me very happy, finally being able to go to the gym after seven months.
But, of course, the world is not nice like that, because some faggotry politician suddenly decided that gyms are not indoor sports, but indoor leisure activity, so they remain closed. There has been confusion around the definitions, because of course nobody before bothered to properly define anything when they put these decrees into effect.
This is so incredibly frustrating.

DeWine is now bribing people to get the jab with a chance at ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!1!!!

The state of Ohio will award five vaccinated residents $1 million each in an effort to raise vaccination percentages, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced Wednesday.

"Two weeks from tonight on May 26th, we will announce a winner of a separate drawing for adults who have received at least their first dose of the vaccine. This announcement will occur each Wednesday for five weeks, and the winner each Wednesday will receive one million dollars," DeWine said in a tweet thread Wednesday.

The drawings will be conducted by the Ohio lottery, DeWine said. All Ohio residents over the age of 18 are eligible, so long as they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

People that normally work low paying retail or service jobs aren't going back to work because they make more on unemployment. That's why some governors are opting out of PUA.

Statistically, isn't it easier to get the million dollars with West Virginia's $100 payout? Powerball tickets are $2, meaning 50 chances to win the big jackpot or the lesser jackpot of 1 million dollars.

I don't think they thought this through well. They must've been like "well, stupid people play the lottery, and stupid people don't want to get injected with our super duper novel vaccine for a novel virus, so let's lure them with the lottery!" I can't imagine the left appreciates letting those damn dirty antivaxxers get a chance for a million dollars though.

I don't give a fuck either way since if I want to play the lottery, I'll play the damn lottery, but a million dollars seems like an acceptable price to play Russian roulette and take the vaccine. A million dollars in early 2021 money that is, don't be giving me that funny 2022 money.
