Your post made me pretty convinced that thedeviluk is OIC, especially considering the suggestions you made yesterday due to the similarities in text.

But if they were OIC, wouldn't they of just confirmed this with Phil during the break?

For context, incase you're not in the stream, Phil asked thedeviluk to contact him to confirm they're legit. Phil just came back from break and asked again for thedeviluk to get in touch. If OIC is in the stream, wouldn't he of just messaged Phil?

This would mean it's most likely not OIC or any other mod, right?

Edit: And you know for sure that he was spam refreshing his inbox while on break hoping for confirmation to come through, so it's unlikely that he just hasn't noticed any email/message yet.

That sounds like practically everything though. Youtube, Twitch, numerous conventions, life in general. It's weird that it's a hyperfocus on E3.

Philth being the shitty poker player he is, just revealed his tell. I don't believe Thedeviluk is OIC. Phil has just gone on record saying he's worried about this guy and wants to make contact with him. If this was OIC, I'm sure he would have bragged to Phil behind the scenes. When Thedeviluk started tipping, he had to go into chat and confirm his tip, combined with Phil worrying about it confirms that his PayPal isn't verified. Phil believes that verification means it's impossible to charge back (it's not) and if Phil is worried that can only mean he's accepting unverified tips.

If so, why not just tell the truth? Because it's Philth, he won't let people know he's started showing weakness around tips.

So is Thedeviluk a gayops? Probably, his tipping is very suspect. His Twitch account is basically a sock account.

Phil showing weakness around Thedeviluk is the big tell here. And if Thedeviluk was a fan, why not just drop $1000 for the week?

If Thedeviluk is a legitimate fan, he could be meeting the goal every stream to let the whales save up for the marathon. But I personally find this unlikely.

I'm 90% sure that he's not OIC, he's been socking as Oroturtle.

Because thedeviluk is a mature businessman, like Philbert and knows that just because a coffee shop made 100k on monday doesn't mean they don't have to non-stop beg for people to come in the rest of the week, okay? Understand?

small correction here-

DSP knows that people can chargeback with verification, it's just that if you're verified you're most likely to have real information tied to your shit, so when he blocks you you're essentially done fucking with him through PayPal unless he unblocks you (but as DSP complained about, it's hard to do that blah blah blah)

Obviously the other angle I missed is that Philth could be looking to shop Thedeviluk into background payments to keep Pastryarchy and Jaxx tipping him.

I think it's less about the people there and more about what organizations are there. I think what makes E3 especially hard on Phil is his constant distaste for Polygon, IGN, and all of the gaming journalists that get games for free/before him. He has a well known history of being upset about people getting review copies and such, and I would believe he sees this as another outlet of just that; organizations are able to review, see, play, and interact with games way before Phil ever does (diminishing his day 1 views dood)

It's not OIC, his tips have never been questioned by Phil because they're always attached to the same name/paypal account. This deviluk sock is an obvious Superhound-esque gay ops. Phil knows this is a huge risk as well which is why he now wants "a behind the scenes arrangement" because he's worried that he'll be out on like a week's worth of tips if he charges back since no one else has been tipping.

ngl, I would just love to see someone abuse Phil's spending habits

Just donating $200 every week and then charging that shit back 6 months later after you know Phil spent every single dollar, that would absolutely kill him inside
