Wuhan Coronavirus: Megathread - Got too big

My allergies are mean this year, which sucks because the garden needs attention.
I wasn't blaming it on anything Coof related because my allergies have been getting steadily worse for the past few years, and the only time you'll catch me wearing a mask outdoors is if I forget to take it off immediately after leaving a shop.

But about 3 weeks ago my Allergies just went crazy, asthma was out of control, shortness of breath just walking around in the store, if I ate too much it would give me shortness of breath. Eyes were very itchy and lots of sneezing. I over used my inhaler and over used the pills. It seemed like I had like a dry cold.
But about 5 days ago, my crazy allergies started to calm down, and I have been getting better or back to normal.
Had a thought along the allergy line. Family's been hit hard this year and I was thinking that the year long muzzling depressed our natural resistance to allergens.

Well, guess I'm not the only one whose allergies have been haywire as hell the last week. Pollen season is in full swing in New England and I've had to break out the Claritin bottle more than a few times. It's one of the only times I'll willingly put my neck gaiter over my nose to avoid breathing in the yellow dusty nuisance.

We didn't elect this fraud, but sorry I guess?
That's a serious point, but also a really good one. That said, it would be nice if a chinese rocket would smite him or something?

That said, country I live in is fucked too, but they're not talking about making people without the vaccine carry on wearing masks, and I think the Government are aware that people would flip their shit if they did. I've never worn one ever. I even ended up in the ER the other night and at no point did anyone ask me to wear one, I was picked up by ambulance, and they didn't ask me, none of the staff did, nothing was said. I just go in shops without one and say I'm medically exempt if asked and I've noticed more and more people just not bothering.

It's lovely to see people's faces again, and the retards wearing masks are more and more the minority. My favourite is yelling at people putting their masks in the regular trash. After all, this is literal airborne ebola AIDS, right? Most serious virus to have ever existed ever, eh? The regular trash can is not where you should be putting a mask covered in airborne ebola AIDS germs, right? Brilliant thing is, I've had more than one person have that "oh shit, that's right" jawdrop moment :D

Congrats Friends we have reached HIPAA arch of covid now :story: :story:

I wonder how many of these people are against the reporting of HIV+ cases because of muh stigma and muh homophobia and muh privacy.

Let's see how long it takes for some poor wageslave to be assaulted or murdered because they asked for a vaccine card.

Philadelphia was stricter than many parts of Pennsylvania due to population density. According to what I read a few days ago we can't fully reopen until June 11th and mask rules will still be in place after that. So vaccine or not you may still be told to wear them.

There are gonna be confrontations and violence over who does and doesn't have to wear a mask. Guaranteed someone will get hurt bad just for doing what the boss said.
Pretty sure a security guard for a dollar store or something in Michigan got shot and killed last year for telling a negress to wear a mask.

This is just them covering their asses for the Twitter cultists. 2 weeks from now 95% of the people going in won't be wearing masks and the people at the door aren't going to give a shit.
I agree. Expecting grocery stores and restaurants to ask for their customer's papers as a condition of service is laughably unrealistic.

Biden's handlers are getting very worried about the mid-terms. The announcement effectively signals that the lockdowns and mask mandates are done with and they're now going to go all in on getting the blue states back to work. The recent inflation and unemployment number were terrible.

The cognitive dissonance from the bug people on Twitter is fucking hilarious though.

"Yes I trust the science and yes I've been vaccinated but I'm still gonna wear both my masks, I can't have my friends thinking I'm a Republican"!

Haha, as if a wageslave is getting paid enough to harass people that aren't muzzling up. I have not been asked by a store employee once to wear a mask since my state dropped its mandate, except when I went to the local comic/hobby shop bizarrely enough. Put up with it because I like the owner and I needed my Gunpla fix, but that's been the only time.

I guess the theaters have been anal about that too, but I went a week ago or so to see the Demon Slayer movie and nobody said anything. Always felt their CinemaSafe™ policies were dumb anyway; if I can take my mask off as soon as I sit down to eat my overpriced popcorn, how is it going to make any difference if I'm wearing one for the few minutes I'm hanging around the lobby? Ridiculous.

Anyway, good luck enforcing this shit, assholes. People are increasingly done with your nannying, and the Branch Covidians are increasingly a smaller (but damn loud) minority. Those neurotic freaks can hole up inside for the rest of their lives for all I care, I'm gonna continue enjoying my life and laughing at their idiocy.

This makes Fauci’s comment about “maybe we’ll be back to normal by Mother’s Day 2022” even more hilarious.

Biden’s presidency is already going down in flames and he needed some help. No way they wanted to lift restrictions this soon.

Hopefully airlines won't be asking for PAPERS PLEASE. At least it's not too hard to forge with the templates supplied by you lovely farmers. I doubt you even need the original if, god forbid, any place asks for it. If they do, it seems like it would be very easy to say you lost the original but made a copy of it on normal 8.5x11 in copy paper.

The Food and Drug Administration said Monday that children 12 to 15 years old are now eligible to receive a key COVID-19 vaccine as the agency expanded its emergency use authorization for the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.

Dr. Janet Woodcock, the acting FDA commissioner, said the expansion "brings us closer to returning to a sense of normalcy."

"Parents and guardians can rest assured that the agency undertook a rigorous and thorough review of all available data, as we have with all of our COVID-19 vaccine emergency use authorizations," Woodcock said.

0.04% of all Covid deaths are among children under 18. Children are at zero risk from Covid. Approving emergency use authorization carries strict criteria which are being ignored in the rush to increase the revenue stream for big pharma.

The COVID-19 vaccine's success has brought billions of dollars to Pfizer. In the first quarter of 2021 alone, the vaccine added $3.5 billion in global revenue, Pfizer Chairman and CEO Albert Bourla told investors in a conference call last week. Over the entire year, Pfizer could bring in around $26 billion based on the vaccine, Bourla said.

Even NPR gets it. Any parent who makes their children take this poison is a fucking monster.

I can't wait to see the hordes of Karens descend on the hapless retailcucks. "Whaddaya mean I have to wear a mask, I've been vaccinated, the CDC said so!" Vaxdrones and wagies BTFO.

I'm just amazed people can keep swallowing this cognitive dissonance, the fact they still find ways to keep making it worse is downright incredible. Oh, I love the YOU WILL WEAR A MASK FOREVER MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA from the kiddy-sniffer in chief, sounds like a certain retard from this thread. I wish Joe had channeled another retard around here who wants to gun me down for not taking a vaccine though.

This shitshow is endless.

The chimpouts over the CDC saying vaccinated NPCs can forgo useless surgical masks has been funny:

The gym employees are pretty bad, I even had one say something to me because I take mine off immediately when I go into the changeroom.

Judy Woodruff:
Dr. Walensky, I'm sure you know people are be concerned.

They're going to say, OK, I may be able to go out without a mask. I have been fully vaccinated. But there may be others without a mask who have not been vaccinated. And what is my risk from them, in this new world, this new set of guidelines?

Rochelle Walensky:
So, if you are fully vaccinated, the risk is extraordinarily low.

And that was why, based on the studies that we have — we — that have been published and that we have seen, the risk to the vaccinated person is extraordinarily low.

I want to emphasize that if unvaccinated people choose to take off their mask, and they have not been vaccinated, then the risk to them is still the same as it was before.

Low risk??? B-b-but MUH .08% CHANCES OF TRANSMISSION!!! MUH HONOR SYSTEM!!! EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE AND SCARY AND RISK EXISTS HOW CAN WE EVER GO OUT AGAIN OR TRUST OTHER EVIL CITIZENS WHO CLEARLY WISH US HARM BY MERELY BREATHING OPENLY??

UNVACCINATED 10-YEAR-OLDSS! WON'T SOMEONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!

I see these sentiments regurgitated everywhere without irony. People have lost their fucking minds and won't be recovering them anytime soon. These idiots don't realize that with a low infection rate, on top of kids being kids, the chances of their kids catching the virus is next to nill.

Try telling them that they have a far higher chance of dying or being injured in a car crash, even though they willingly get into cars daily, and they'll scoff at you. Try telling them that there are dozens of carcinogenic things they likely use and/or consume daily, and they'll roll their eyes. Or that the insane amount of sugar and carbs they consume is literally leading them to an early, painful death.

But no. MUH .000005% CHANCE OF CATCHING COVID!

God damn, this generation is full of fucking schizoid pussies.
