The thing about the members only exclusive content is that it must remain members only. Will she have enough people subscribing to the exclusive content to justify not putting it on the main channel? She will not get any ad revenue from the larger audience. She will have to do double the work. Regular streams for the large unpaid audience and exclusive streams for her paid audience. She is too lazy to get out of bed and bathe every day. How long can she keep up double content? Already she is looking for the easy way out. It's not just Karatejoe, Annie and Victoria along with a couple of others I'd never even heard of before, have also not jumped to sign up...have to wait for lives at different times to see what others (Lewis, Danielle, Travonda etc) have decided to do about it, but Marrissa was quick with cash! Her other two mod wannabes, Plain Cheeseburger and Sofa King were also very early brown-nosers to the VIP club. While she was already at 133 members during yesterday's live, it was clear her viewers expect content she really never promised them. In fact in the very beginning she specifically said they'd get nothing other than the badge and maybe a members only livestream occasionally. Many originally thought that she was going to put all her lives behind a paywall, and that might explain many of her earlier sign-ups, even though she did say that this membership really was a way of just giving her extra monetary support for her channel. Within hours they were asking for more including their own discord (which she needs Danielle to set up and manage for her), and those community post comments would seem to suggest they want to see something for them before she starts making promises for even higher tiers of membership. Can't blame them really. Chantal is hearing the constant cha ching of the cash register and wondering how to make it go even faster, of course with zero effort from herself because she is such a busy person with lots to do already and not enough hours in her day to do them. She's so busy in fact that in yesterday's early live she was having to schedule a time on her calendar to schedule...and of course asking her viewers what else she needed to schedule in her busy calendar that she'd just crossed out the first 13 days of with no entries (maybe she was too busy to find it under all the crap on her kitchen island) to schedule anything for the first half of the month.
She also said that VIB's will get more intimate with her/"one on one" (aka she lures them with fake friendship). I guess that could be some sort of incentive for people to "cough up the money" since she usually ignore every, fucking, question people ask her.
I can't watch her that long, but I heard her say at least four different times members wouldn't get anything extra, or it probably isn't worth it, or it's just another way to support her. Something along one of those lines.
The only subs Chantal truly cares about are the 4x meat and cheese variety that are drowning in buckets of mayo.
