I'm sure Taylor's managers, legal team, and security staff all know about Pipsqueak, including his name, since that's their job. But I doubt Taylor knows his name and wouldn't be able to point him out over any of her other stalkers. The most she's probably been told about Russhole during a security meeting is that "There's a mentally ill retard from Utah who is suing you in small claims court and sent some things to your family members. Don't worry, we have it handled, and he's very low risk for bothering you in person." I mean, it's the job of the professionals she's hired to her staff to keep her immunized from idiots like Russ so that she can concentrate on important things in her life. On a scale of 1-10 that her legal and security teams have for threats to Swift, Russ would rate a 3 at most. There is a very low chance of Russhole ever getting near her, anyone in her family, or any of her properties since he's terrified of flying, so there's really no benefit to her knowing his name. And her staff would know that giving stalkers any kind of attention or validation will only embolden the stalker and encourage them to continue with their unacceptable behavior. So that's another reason not to tell Swift his name. The guy she took to court for groping her ass was more of a threat since he was actually in close proximity to her.
