There is a ton of fake Metokurs on all social media platforms. If it's really Metokur, that's worse. I think that it's acceptable at this stage that Jim decided to just stick to Tweeting about current happenings. Considering that he probably can't to much anyways considering that Cancer is a very rough disease. I think he is more focused on staying alive opposed to beating the same drum that so many others have at this stage. He had some good streams until he went full paypig doomer mode. Even then though, everyone was doing it when all of that shit popped off. So in retrospect it is what it is.
Though, he made a good exit, and didn't outlive his relevance. The 5 year rule is true, even look at the other bloodsports era guys and look how far they sank into faggotry. So probably is best he sticks to Twitter and throws some funny shit posts until he gets censored. Even before everything ended up getting super lock and key he was banned off of everything anyways.

Actually, almost everything in the OP has been confirmed, some of it by Jim himself. He’s been pretty open about it. The only thing missing is a picture.
And to that end, it appears that picture of the guy with the middle fingers is actually Jim. Jim released the best quality version of that photo on his ask.fm page, and the room in the background appears to match the attic in his old house. So for now, I’m operating on the presumption that it’s legit until proven otherwise.
So I took that picture back to the lab to see if I could enhance it, clean that up, zoom in a little bit more. This is what I see:
I see the contours of a jawline, and what appears to be an ear. I also see a mouth with rather thin lips. The ear is significant because it appears to protrude quite a bit from the head. While not exceedingly rare, protruding ears are still a distinct feature.
Which brings me to the next point. I’ve been going through all the old alleged Jim photos, ruling them out one by one. This helps to eliminate some of them. But there’s one I haven’t been able to rule out yet:

My apologies if this some well-known person, but I don’t recognize the photo or the guy in it. It sticks out to me because Jim has said he’s blonde, and that would make sense given that most of his known blood relatives are blonde or ginger (he also says he has blue eyes, but it’s hard to tell from this picture what color the subject’s eyes are). Also, this subject’s protruding ears, thin lips, and jawline are a good match with the overexposed Jim photo. Jim’s jaw appears a bit more square, but then again his mouth is closed, and the subject’s is open.
So can anyone help me rule out the blonde guy in this photo? I’m not saying it’s Jim. Just trying to rule him out.

I don't think he would lie about having cancer. People have been speculating for years because there has been evidence. You could hear him coughing or struggling to catch his breath during streams. All the pieces do fit together.
I am surprised at how thin he is. Everyone thought he was a fat, bald ginger.

Im pretty sure Jim is not healthy, but the reason he makes no videos is that they will alex jones him if he makes another video or stream anywhere.

It is not unreasonable to think that his past edgy content could actually have negative effects in the real life if gets back on the radar once more.
The kind of people he would piss off are not above trying to put financial pressure on a dying man via lawfare or have the media ruin his reputation.
It is really self evident that he just wanted to ghost away like he did with his older names and accounts. The money was too good so he stick around way after he wanted.
Not to mention being a content creator is somewhat depressing because you need to do the same stuff over and over again and pretend to be excited about it.
