He said he lost his virginity to an older man at the age of 13. As children cannot consent, it was rape. TBH, it’s one of the few aspects of his backstory that I find believable. It would explain why he trooned out, his desire to be seen as a child and his disturbing sexual obsession with children.

I don’t recall him ever claiming the relationship was non-consensual other than the age aspect. He’s always portrayed it with him being this seducer who totally tricked a straight guy into banging him and the dude totally didn’t even realise Billy had a penis. I think it’s more likely that he got groomed by some predatory gay dude and over the years he’s rewritten the relationship in his head.

I don’t think it did, apart from the aforementioned molestation (which Billy refuses to acknowledge as such - it kind of destroys the “gender euphoria” image). The impression I get is that he had a fairly standard middle class upbringing and started acting up in his teens.

We know he wasn’t presenting as female until he was in his twenties, so his stories of running away from home and the cool grandma who accepted him as a girl must be false, at least in part.
