In fact, the article was published on the same day the initial article pertaining to the refugee deal and then continued to be updated until 2 days later on the 4th of April. So unless he was wearing horse blinkers, this was just a deliberate attempt to create another gotcha moment for himself.

I know this was pretty much assumed earlier, but let's break something down.
Netanyahu did not call out Biden for refusing to send more missiles for the Iron Dome. He also did not put him on blast for the U.S. still providing funding to Palestine. In fact, he verbally thanked Biden for U.S. support.
This all but confirms that Biden is sending them more missiles under the table to avoid groups from following thru on threats they made (regarding the U.S. supplying Israel with more ID missiles). I'd be willing to bet the ship out of Italy (that workers refused to load with the missiles) was one such convoluted attempt to supply them, i.e. the U.S. using Italy as a proxy.
There is no other reason that Netanyahu would have been so favorable to Biden during this. Unless, of course, he has other reasons for maintaining Biden's public image on foreign affairs...
